At least this man had the integrity to give Casey some gas money. Everyone SHOULD, but most don't. I know that I would. I mean, he came all that way out there to rescue them, (whoever "them" turned out to be), so it would be common courtesy to give Casey some money for fuel.
It's one thing to have a skilled tow guy helping you out but when he brings a knowledgeable and good cameraman to help educate us watching Casey & Grumpy "I never said I was good at this" it makes for a great Saturday morning, coffee drinking day!! Cheers to you all and have a great Weekend!!
Grumpy is excellent value, as we say here in NZ, but he has a face like one of those flat faced cats we see a lot on TH-cam. I swear he makes Marvin the Paranoid Robot (from Hitchhikers Guide the the Galaxy) look like Mr Happy. We love him all the same. Especially his words of wisdom.
That is true ! Putting karma in the bank & letting it build up ! I’ve wanted to get people for screwing me over & didn’t waited for karma to work it’s magic. Like the douch that ran off with the ex wife , he got attacked by a bear . Ahh. Karma it was beautiful !!!!!
Casey I admire the fact that instead of going back for the track jeep you made it to try it and get to the people stuck. Your top priority was getting to the people and getting them out by using the truck you had. The look on people's faces when you tell them no charge is always worth it I look up to you because you define the saying people helping people.
Hey Casey, The Grumpster is getting pretty good at doin what he does on these videos. And you have gotten really good at reading the conditions and knowin how to handle the situation. thanks to the both of you for being good people. Work Safe, Be Well Stay Warm
The deer in the head lights. That's the look on the mans face when you told him no charge. We totally enjoy it when you say no charge. The customers all have that look and can't believe what you are saying. That gentleman thought you might be kidding. Two outstanding recoveries on this video and your skills shined. Your airing down was the difference between you and your customers. Be safe and drive carefully. Thanks 👍
I think the reason I like your channel so much is the content is always great and you take the time to explain the reason why you do what you do to help people out 👍
GReat rescues! And glad for the info about letting the air out of the tires! Ice ruts and washboards around here, think I'll let some of that 34psi out - but put it back when the roads flatten out.
GRUMPY is a huge asset to your channel and he's very entertaining... CASEY is getting better at not being good at anything... LoL Both of you together make this channel worth watching due to the grumpy entertainment and Casey's teaching us how to do recoveries without being good at it...!!!!!
Casey & Grumpy do stuff👍😎 Glad that he gave you $$ that would have been expensive, plus you do have gas costs and maintenance! Keep up the great videos and stay safe out there!❤️🙏
Compliiments to Casey for providing a step to Grumpy; good job Grumpy, to bring your traction things for your shoes (wondering about that ever since seeing you as cameraman on snow/ice).
I love hearing you say 'no charge'. As a recovery qualifed mechanic in my youth, I know what a recovery like this costs and let's just say it's not cheap.
I'd have to say I love the fact you do it for free due to getting paid already via TH-cam...Shows what kind of guy you truly are... Hats off to you my friend!
Great job again. 62 years experience in snow 3 hrs away from you. Normally that jobs+- $500, so how about starting a college fund for that little cutie. If I ever see you, my $100 is in, without getting stuck! 🇺🇲❄🙏
I really enjoy your snowmanship. I live in Australia and we do get snow in the mountains around here (although our mountains are very low in elevation compared with the US). I had no idea there was so much complexity to driving in the snow and of all of the factors that affect how you drive in it. I have driven in the snow a couple of times, but nothing like the snow you have.
Great job! So glad the gentleman gave you something for your effort. I know you usually don’t take any money but it made him feel good to show you his appreciation. Peace. . .
Always has a good attitude to everything never had a negative thought of what we see my wife thinks it so cool u don't change for your hard work alot of money and time goes I to every rig he has love it brother
You are a recovery God. Saving the world with one free rescue at a time. There is a special place in recovery heaven for you. So much knowledge in one guy is almost a crime.
My favorite part of these vids is when Casey tells them there’s no charge and they look at him like he has 18 heads “no shit you just do this for fun?” Hahahaha keep up the great work
Casey no matter what they say about you!🫤😂You are a hell of a good dude! I love your heart man! God bless and keep you safe as you go help these ppl stuck on the mountain! 💯👊🏾👊🏾✌🏾
i watched one of your winter activity and you let down the air on your tires for getting more tire on the ground. well tonight i was stuck pretty bad for a couple hours and remembered what you did. i lowed my tires down to 20 lbs and started to move a little bit, so I lowered it down to 15 lbs and jumped in my truck. just like glue the truck started to move forward and backwards. it was perfect timing the wolves were getting closer in the bushes. thanks for your information on lowering the air.
Super work my man.... When you said no charge you could see the emotion on the guys face... When you realize your new truck is not cut out for it & re-think it all for the upgrades
Glad you were able to rescue those gentlemen. Can't help but think of a song when you show your instrument cluster "...every light in the dash is on..." 🙃
Casey, I understand your logic as I did class for no fee and looking back I should have charged something. Please consider charging a low price instead of no price. Love your channel! PS."Gratuities are always appreciated".
What a great job Casey. I was watching and you were talking about the track jeep and the depth of snow. I kept saying go get it go get it but you kept going. Then you stated that trucks on 37s and when you were getting the rope out of the back it all kinda showed up. You said you're 6'4" and seeing the back of that truck with you in the light. That things a beast and it just showed it. You sure know what you are doing. Happy new year to you and the family best of wishes.
The look on there face when you say no charge is priceless . It sure feels good to help people if you can . The selfish people will never know . Put grumpy on the payroll & use him as a tax rite off . Lol
i completely agree with your "youtube helps pay for it" philosophy, but fuel, ropes, soft shackles, and maintenance are not cheap. If they have the means to offer you a little money, i say it still conforms with your original intent....so take it, you deserve it!!!!
I'm not a car guy nor do I ever go off-roading, but this channel is fascinating to me. Casey really does a great job of explaining why he does things and why things work the way they do. I'm also surprised at the weather people will go out in and get stuck and not even look all the prepared from a clothing perspective.
Great video. The gray Dodge pickup is a real beast. Those guys were probably bracing for a $500 towbill and when you said it is free, that just amazed them to no end and they probably will be talking about it for a long time. And it is great that you have a great relationship with the law enforcement folks in that area and coordinate efforts. Good job as always, Casey and of course Grumpy.
@@CaseyLaDelle I don/t know what Matt charged those people that took that all-wheel-drive Santa Fee out on the Arizona strip in the deep mud, but in my opinion it was not enough. If you do something that silly, you need to pay a silly tax!!! When it gets so bad that the rescuer is getting stuck the rescuer is taking a chance on damaging his own equipment going someplace that he would never voluntarily go to in those conditions. Those stranded people that Matt has recovered, and a lot of the people that YOU have recovered need to realize the serious nature of being stranded 100 miles from ANYWHERE! I ride my quad alone most of the time, but I do carry a PLB, and quite a few survival supplies.
@@davidvogel6359 The back-up plan!!!!! What a concept! One time I took my XT600 down a hill that I could not climb back up, and ended up leaving it at the bottom of a canyon and walking out. I came back with a friend, my chain saw, and a come-along to winch it out. After cutting enough tree limbs to get through to the bottom of a 30 foot rock wall that we had to winch it up. Yea, back-up plan indeed. LOL
I think I may have to come up to Oregon for a wheeling trip soon, especially knowing you and Grumpy are local for rescue if need be! Enjoying your posts from Nevada!
I think Casey and Grumpy make each other comfortable especially on those dark cold nights. Just something about being to talk a little on ventures like that.
I don't get as much snow here but this year we got hit hard and I have a plow and a kinetic rope with my 350 and spent an hour getting a challenger unstuck and carefully turned around, didn't want money but he insisted on paying me. That same night I yanked a big penske box truck out of the ditch after a 1500 and a wrangler didn't budge it lol. I love snow rescue
Saves 5 people and still stops to get milk! Good man, Casey ❤
You know that was on his mind the whole time….. get milk, don’t milk it!
6 people (2+4)... and 7 cuz now he won't get chewed out for forgetting milk :-D
i mean it is his job to rescue the people :D you are going to work and bring milk home too, arent you? ;D
@@zachansen8293 I couldn’t remember if the first vehicle was one or two people.

Love the endings, when you say "no Charge". It brings out the smiles. Almost as big as Grumpy's, when he's giving you a hard time. Great job you guys!

you're right.

The gentelmans response to you saying you don't charge was priceless...No Sh!t, what are doing just out having fun! Well....yeah!

Another great rescue video with Grumpy sidekick. Keep them coming, brilliant work Casey.
Amazing that you do your saves for free. Very nice for the guy to insist you take something at least. Happy outcome.
I wish my dad took me on adventures like that when I was young. Go easy on him, wifey!
A double rescue, milk run, and a beer cave. What a great adventure!
Proper clearance, tires, air pressure and knowledge go a long way off-road! Nice job Casey and Grumpy!
