  • On today’s episode, we are thrilled to welcome back Julia Hayes!
Julia has been a treasured part of EquiLife and the IHP Institute for over 10 years and after taking a short break, she has returned as a leader on the EquiLife Health Coaching team!
On today’s show, Julia shares her personal journey, discussing why she decided to step back from her role at IHP and EquiLife and what she learned from that experience, both professionally and personally.
In this episode, Julia hopes to convey three key messages to help those struggling with balancing life, work, health, and more:
    - More time doesn’t guarantee results.
    - Don’t underestimate the fulfillment your work brings you.
    - Balance is key.

Welcome back Julia. I loved your story and I am very surprised that all the manual therapy approaches were not helpful for your TMJ condition. Amazing what the body tells you that’s not necessarily a physical symptom but rather something deeper. I wish you the best!!

Welcome back Julia! You sound like you have made such amazing progress. So happy for you! If you don't mind me asking, did you work with a therapist? If so, do you mind sharing their information? I, too, have struggled with clenching and TMJ issues since 2019. Have had many appointments with several specialists. Wear custom made mouth guards nightly, which has helped somewhat, but still not where I would like to be. Have gum issues as a result, as well. Thinking about a brain retraining program, but would really appreciate your feedback. (I am IHP2).
