THE BEST piece of advice that stood out to me the most was the example of letting go of the balloon🎈🎈🎈 and hoping/expecting to find another one or a better one❤....I was also one of those people who wouldnt let go of the balloon because I didnt think i could find a different or better one.

I was on my Honeymoon with my wife in Italy, and we saw James and his family in Positano walking up some stairs in the afternoon, people were asking for photos with him and he said "No sorry, I'm with my family", In the hustle and bustle of life, it was a good reminder of what is important, and what should be put first. Singing to your child and having fun will always outweigh everything else. Family man before showman!

To hear James explain the psychological effect of doing a show where your name is in lights everywhere, your name is on walls and doors everywhere in a big studio, and the crowd is going crazy but there is an applause sign in front of them, and the reasons he let that all go was a beautiful lesson. There is a time to work and a time to rest. I miss his show, but I'm happy to see him thriving! Two philosophers having a meaningful conversation! It was great!

How low the bar is for society. A man who has lied multiple times in his past to sell his product and repeat also steal the same generic points that you label as philosophical. Then a celebrity who has repeatedly been shown to have arrogant issues who is very difficult to work with and looks down on others. it's quite frightening how easy it can be to be manipulated

I'm 41, and have never touched a drink. I got asked a lot when I was younger, "how did you survive," and that always confused me because most people don't drink as kids, and you survived just fine. Life didn't end because I did not drink. I didn't stop socializing, because I did not drink. I was the one able to remember the great time we all had, and had no hangovers and no regrets. I like what James has said about losing those hours, and I think, yes, how lucky am I to have had that extra time in my life to do more things that I enjoy instead of chained to a bed and a bucket until time recovered me.

James always strikes me as a very warm, sweet man and I'm not surprised in this conversation it turns out he prioritises his family. It's seems like a very James thing, and I can only hope that this can serve as a reminder to all of us of how to truly live the right way

I stopped watching the Jay show some time ago cause it felt to me like a marketing show for supplements and health gurus. This interview with James, or let's say, James and his statements, were heavenly guided. What a wise and clear view at the game of life. I didn't expect this deep conversation from him. Loved it. That's what people need to hear.

Discovered this channel 2 weeks back now and I’ve just fallen in love with this community but also the deep conversations that are truly life changing.Ive been watching Jays videos none stop and there’s not one thing that I don’t like or not a fan of.As a teen myself I think I have learned more from these videos than I have during school and I’m grateful for the chance to sit down and just listen to these mature wise people just speak about situations or subjects that you may not talk about on a day to day basis.Huge love and respect for Jays channel and the community ❤

This podcast has made everyone realize that once high profile fame has been diminished
We all consume the same emotions, and although unique experiences underline anyone in any position, with self confidence, and within these reflections of the experiences, demonstrates that humility gives comfort to all experiences.
Highly relatable to all and very stimulating.
    Jay Shetty, you're an inspiration.
Creativity will forever serve a purpose in which innovation requires logic to enhance our existence.
Ps. Curiosity will forever question logic.

Enjoyed this interview. He focused a bit on choice, which due to his well deserved success affords him choices. What a luxury that the rest of us don't have to such an extent.
He's more humble than I expected. He puts his family first so I respect him for that.

Wow. This is my first episode of this podcast and I watched because I love James Corden and I miss seeing him! He is so insightful and I was not expecting that. There are several things I will take away and remember. I am so glad he mentioned Cats! Unpopular opinion, but I loved it. I am so glad he talked about his weight because I remember when he did his monologue and I shared it with so many people because it resonated with me so deeply. And when he talked to his son and asked those 3 questions? I cried. This episode has 39 minutes left and I am so glad I clicked on it.

James Corden is my favorite celebrity. He is the funniest person. I miss his show. I can relate to all he said. I also retired from my teaching career at an early age. His main reason was the same as mine. To be with our family was that reason. I am a writer like James. This interview is encouraging me to not give up. It’s a God -send.

I never watched the LLS but was moved by the carpool with Paul McCartney-real and authentic. James is a creator so he needs to create, but oh how lovely it would be to create content with that kind of real energy and frequency that inspires with authenticity at the same time- like in this interview. Weight is never about food or the "steps" but the irritating & painful energetic drivers that are seeking to be soothed, healed and released.

Wow. I love, love, love this. This is one of the best interviews I have ever heard. So much of it was so deep and so relavent for all of humanity. I have always loved James and I have seen his realness, his desire to be himself, and his level of consciousness and self-awareness. I think that he has been so successful because he is himself. He makes choices that are in resonance with his authentic self. And yes, his ability to shake things up and step into the unknown. I wish he knew how amazing he is. He is always so self depricating. But I guess that is part of his charm. He truly has so much wisdom. You can see it and hear it. Every single thing he said was so aligned with all the great masters, teachers, and philosophers who have walked the earth. He has such a healthy, down-to-earth outlook. I heard him once talking about Eckhart Tolle and how he had read, "The Power of Now." He clearly is aware of the higher truths of our essential nature and Beingness. This was truly powerful, thoughtful, and fantastic. I wish James (and you, Jay) the greatest success, (however that is defined), peace, and joy. Thank you! 🦋🦋🦋
