Eat more [protein and fiber and less sugar/ sweet for breakfast. It sets my day by eating healthy and creating satiety so I’m not worried so much about food and can focus on my life.
I went from 301 pounds to 153 pounds in 22 months. It’s now 3 years of healthier eating and I struggle with guilt and things as well. Thanks for the video
Thank you for this. I am actually currently in the phase where I am counting calories but I never really felt comfortable with doing that because I know that I dont want to do this long term. I'll try to find love for more healthier food options to improve my overall health. I really like eating yummy food & restricting myself feels bad really :')) My workouts are more oriented towards getting healthier since my main goal is to be able to run a marathon next year but its also true that I do want to lose weight. I'm actually not even seeing any changes in the scale & I have not for a few weeks now so everything was making me feel worried, but perhaps I should focus on health first & everything else will hopefully follow suit. Thank you for sharing your experience, one of my fears has always been regaining the weight I lose the moment I stop being "careful" & I really dont want that :')
Thanks for sharing your experience. Calorie counting does have its place, for example, if you're trying to change your body composition and that's your full-time job - like bodybuilding. And you're right, it's not for everyone especially for long-term.
