But all of us should be avoiding animal lactose as much as possible and honestly once you cut back on how often you're using it you kind realize it takes away from a lot of dishes rather than adding anything good to it 🤷🏻♀️

My mother would make this EVERY sunday with a hot cup of moroccan tea, the best memories❤️ this is her recipe which i still use today; - 1 or 2 white onions, sliced - 3 fresh tomatoes, diced - 1 green turkish pepper - 1 tsp minced garlic - 1 tsp ras el hanout - 1 tsp smoked paprika - 1 tsp black pepper - 1 tsp turmeric - 1 tsp cumin - salt - eggs (based on how many people are eating, we usually do 4) - parsley and coriander Bake the onions, tomatoes, green peppers until goldenbrown and add the minced garlic and all the herbs/spices. Lastly add the eggs and put the lid on to let them cook. Eat it with fresh turkish or Moroccan bread and sweet tea 🤌🏻
