I love it! You provide an appropriately very literal answer to the question. I thoroughly enjoyed the video for the unstated humor and the actual content. Maybe we can collaborate some time.
Wow, your speech articulates clearly the reason why you mentioned them as great bibles. It was also fumy, specially the ending cake. Thank you for posting it.
Nice to see someone actually acknowledge the fact that even the author of the Vulgate was skeptical of the apocryphal (deuterocanonical) books. I do appreciate Jerome and his work, even finding him inspirational. Also my joy of learning Greek and Hebrew, still barely scratching the surface in Latin so far.
My heart is warmed every time a Catholic gives honor to the LXX. Catholics and Orthodox both share a common heritage of using the LXX in the first 3 centuries of Christianity.
Cannot understand what you mean by "direct from the Hebrew" What Hebrew? Was there a complete Hebrew book that would be the complete Old Testament as we know it?
Yeah and the reason the Hebrew text of the Septuagint is different from the hebrew text of the Deniers of the Lord is that they changed it. That answer is simple as fuck if you study a bit.
I am not catholic or protestant . . . Also wouldnt be lumped in with most "non-denominational(s)" or "non-sectarian(s)" . . . but i like your videos and I am subbed ;)
The subtle humor in this is hilarious
Thanks!

I've heard my Rabbi remark about the Septuagint.. that it would have been a bigger miracle if all the Rabbi's had been in the same room.
29:21 Do they include all the variant manuscripts? How come so much?

If being a geek were a mortal sin, you would be headed for one of the deepest regions of the Inferno.
