Awesome! This watch works with so many straps. I bought mine on a leather strap, but sometimes use the bracelet from my red Orient Kamasu. The fit isn’t perfect, but it works. I’ve since learned my lesson to buy on a bracelet first since OEM bracelets can be expensive and harder to find at times. My favorite is a slate grey nato strap by Benchmark that I bought for $10. The contrast just works and looks killer!
You could do a video comparing brushed finish, polished finish and sandblasted finish for watch cases. Would be a great topic! And also how well they resist scratches and daily wear.
1. Metal Bracelet 2. Cordura 3. Nato, but I cut the extra straps off my natos to make them less bulky. I understand that takes away their safety benefit, but the look and feel is so much better. I think the way I do it essentially makes them a Zulu strap? But I’ve never bought one of those, so I’m not sure.
@@ChronometerCheck I got one myself. I have several 35mm SLRs and a couple medium format, but I keep picking the canonet most of the times. GOAT indeed.
In the case (ahem) of the Khaki Field, for me it's a "depends on the week" thing: all those straps look great (the last one's a *bit* of a stretch), and I agree on the bracelet, even though I've yet to throw onecon my 017 Alpinist.
It's incredible how a single watch can act as an entire collection simply by changing the strap. I usually choose the bracelet option if one is available, then dress it up or down depending on how I feel that day.
Yes! I bought a new buffalo strap to my Casio analog watch. And when I installed it, it looked like a field watch. So it kinda scratched the itch of buying a field watch for now. Lol
Leather looks the best, but I sweat like a 🐷 and leather straps go to hell for me. So would have to go OEM bracelet or canvas. But like you said, cannot really go wrong. 👍🏼
Many of these straps can be found on ChronometerCheck.com
Let me know which watches you'd like to see a strap guide for next.
I did it guys, the first Casio has been added to my collection
Cool! Which one??
Congrats! Welcome to the crew haha
@@RCYT_ a158w, felt like it was good entry point for casio
This was me too. A year later and have 10 including seiko, Oris and Vostok. Congratulations!
@@marbrocu The collections seem to grow a little too quickly, eh? Haha. Enjoy them
Appreciate these kinds of vids so I can better know what a watch will look like.
Totally feel you, it always helps to see a watch in a different perspective. Any other watches you'd like me to do this style of video in?
this is my next watch. great looking, functioning and versatile with the options you're displaying here in the straps.
I wear mine on an olive green sail cloth, and it looks superb!
The suede-like leather strap on the titanium Khaki is unbeaten.
It's a great pairing, indeed!
The kahki feild is very versatile I just got one today

Thanks, bud! Any personal favorites?
@@ChronometerCheck honestly mate i absolutely loved the black leather strap with white stitching. It’ll go well with my Hamilton Khaki King II 🙌🏻
@@PeakyFknBlinder Classic and clean pairing.
@@ChronometerCheck sporty yet elegant at the same time.
Love the canonet on the background.
I see you're a man of culture as well...

So true. Especially a versatile watch that's a strap monster, sometimes a new strap is all you need to get the feel of a fresh new watch

Canvas all day.💯👍
Rich leather oily strap for me 👌❤️🔥
Love the patina it gets over time
Make a video on watch boxes 😊😊
i wonder if khaki field titanium 38mm also compatible with seiko alpinist strap too
Python looks surprisingly good indeed
just ordered mine…is it good for wearing it daily?
Murph can do this too right?
Damn Google spying on me. Thinking about this one as my first "real" watch.
I'm thinking the rugged where it was meant to be., but what do I know?
please make a video on g shock g9300
G-Shocks are foten difficult to find replacement straps for; given their hooded lugs, but I can give it a shot!

Srpg27 vs dresskx?? Which one do you prefer?
DressKX because I much prefer other field watches vs the SRPG27
@@ChronometerCheck like??
@@RCYT_ Well, I prefer the Hamilton Khaki, for instance, haha
@@ChronometerCheck the srpg27 is at $170 and Hamilton Auto is at $550+ 💀
