    How long and how often is recommended for a 60 year old person to practice these activities for good results?

    just as the other stuff about balance where you try to sell breathing as a balance exercise (as if we would be fish).
    MM dual tasking is a nice addon if all muscles and coordinations are in place at first. he addon is absolutely useless if you are missing the strength n glut med, ppsoas, flexors abd rectus etc etc. and recommending it and selling it as BEST, is sorry misleading, and stupid

      I did not understand one thing you said. Are you telling me that balance training like this requires a lot of strength? And this needs to be addressed first? You can not stand on one leg tossing a ball because you're weak?? Are you a professional or educated in this field? If you know nothing, please be silent on the internet.
