You are right about ranger batt. Ranger Battalion does not mess around when it comes to physical fitness and prefers guys to be muscular but able to crush the standards. My first 2 years in Batt, I was doing 2 a days five times a week. I went from 140 to 185lbs of muscle by the time I left, and I’m only 5’8. In ranger batt that do not play that shit about being fat, since there is a standard of how a ranger should look.
At the end of the day if a Ranger isn’t an absolute physical beast then what good is he?? He doesn’t have the background training and knowledge m, language skills, unconventional warfare, etc of a green beret. Dudes in Batt live and die on physical training, marksmanship, land navigation, and medical knowledge
Thanks for sharing and for your service man. By 2 a days, five times a week, was it like a lifting session in the AM and another one in PM? Or was it run in AM, lift in PM?

Delta selection isn’t a secret. It’s just a month long land nav course held up in the West Virginia foot hills. The distance and weights get longer and heavier everyday ending with a 40 mile ruck called “the long walk”. What is secret is the standards, not even the cadre knows. There’s obviously some huge seals here and there, but most water/dive based teams, including in SF, do a shit ton of cardio based training and typically are more lean compared to other SOF counterparts
it's not the swimming lol it's the steroids and the fact that NSW will literally(literally) fly an entire Rogue gym setup out to them in-country. then they'll put a huge wall up in the base gym so nobody can touch their toys, while we built squat racks out of 2x4s.

Out of curiosity, was this video’s topic partially inspired by the comment I left on your Operator Fitness video?
Not sure what comment you’re talking about, but maybe lol.
@@ValhallaVFT I left a bunch of information about different Special Forces builds that I took from Quora.
It’s true pJs. seem to look like Steve Rogers before he turned into Captain America.🤣
Always heard people say devgru guys and rangers are the biggest/most imposing as a whole
Devgru has some monsters, most of them once they become veterans though.
@@ValhallaVFTexactly, the veterans look different than their active photos
@@ValhallaVFTyou should see dj shipley. fucking yoked
Force Recon Marines are the biggest and scariest.
Who has the thickest longest rods ? Who has the most 🐈?
Unfortunately I don’t have the data on that one.
😂
Great video, I was a Ranger in the 90's and we mostly had runners builds. We thought the seals were the strongest. Seal stands for Sleep Eat and Lift, you get to the seals and the first thing they tell you is gain 40lbs of muscle ready, set, go. The Navy, marines and Delta let their guys use juice.
The one with the most Tren
Are a lot of guys in sof juiced?
Of course! I was a regular grunt. And we had guys yoked tf out! But those were the guys able to carry a shit load of weight which they didn't mind! It's part of the culture !
Yeah but.........could you pass the Ranger PT test right now ?
Are you asking me if I could lol?
Rangers are most fit, easliy. Biggest.. idk
There are some real little dudes in RR, & outliers in all ,but he's doing avg. Of course
PJs are the best looking though
PJs?
Aren´t they constantly carrying dudes around?
Much less often than you’d think.
The A-Teams usually gonna carry their dude to the chopper, as far as possible, plus the AF shows up with a gurney,if he's not already on one
2nd Bat
Crazy to hear you have the seals put next to delta. From what I’ve seen in most delta Vs ST6 comparisons everyone always talks about how jacked and huge the 6 guys look compared to delta because all the swimming they do
There’s obviously some huge seals here and there, but most water/dive based teams, including in SF, do a shit ton of cardio based training and typically are more lean compared to other SOF counterparts
Lol swimming absolutely will not get you jacked whatsoever. But yeah seals tend to seem way more jacked and generally vain
it's not the swimming lol it's the steroids and the fact that NSW will literally(literally) fly an entire Rogue gym setup out to them in-country. then they'll put a huge wall up in the base gym so nobody can touch their toys, while we built squat racks out of 2x4s.
@@doom8274 ya so do we, what’s your point.
@@ValhallaVFT point is it's not swimming that makes seals jacked it's testosterone enanthate, maybe try reading the comment again slowly or perhaps out loud
I think Delta selection is basic very closely on our SAS 🇬🇧
No it’s not
Im at 0:17 in the video im notneven going to finish it the answer is MARSOC RRAAAAHHHH
Unfortunately it’s not, if this was a video about which unit has the lowest IQ and the most crayons eaten however, then it would be.
@@ValhallaVFTyou’re wild, most fit most aggressive highest selection standards easily(socom)
RLTW!
Ranger regiment has a (toxic but also pretty funny) fraternity style culture where you are expected to (I mean this in the least homosexual way possible) look the part, be in shape but also aesthetically pleasing. I realize all this sounds gay as fuck when I say it like this.
Yes it does. But the reality is the first rule of special operations is “look cool”.
Usually the most jacked guys in the services are actually cooks...
I’ve never seen a jacked cook in my entire career.
Maybe times have changed? Or I didn't meet the right guys? But I was 82nd in the 90"s. So I was never in the 75th Rangers. But I knew a lot of guys that came from there. And I swear. Every one of them was a little guy. Skinny and short.
It’s not the 90s anymore, all the units are way bigger than back then.
I disagree I think the regular seals not devgru are the most jacked but that's my opinion
If it was fittest , I would almost guaranteed Air Force CCT and PJs
How much steroid use is in special operations. Just curious
All of it.
a ton. probably 50%+ are on or have been on steroids in their careers.
@@ValhallaVFTAppreciate the transparency
As they should
@@ValhallaVFTdo they test you guys for it? Or do guys just go a little bit overboard with their TRT prescription
There are some Vanilla seals who were jocks then become bro vets; that purposefully juice to stand out WHEREVER they go hehe
Couldn’t you argue that there are some big guys in each unit ?
He literally mentions that haha
@@ExtraRice365 oh my bad
It’s one of the first things I said in the video, so yes.
Rangers
Lol, "main lining Tren". I guess the Regiment can send all of the guys who like to run for the "random" drug tests and not the swollen dudes 😅
Alot of fat ones too.
* Most Juiced
Jealousy is the ugliest trait
@@ValhallaVFT jealous 🤣
Yeah but are they natural or in the gym shooting roids up their veins.
Before watching this coming from a civilian I want to say I would think ranger batt just based on the vibe they give
Which unit has won a war in the last 2 decades?
We haven’t been in a war since world war 2 now have we dip shit?
Average size of navy seals and delta force
