🧐This is the ranking compiled by InterNations that ranks different nations based on the hospitality they offer to foreigners moving to those countries. Now, though, we're really curious to know about your experience. Do you agree with InterNations, or do you find their analysis unfair? 🌍🤔
Yes !!! Thanks for the number 1 place for Greece . My country, my pride, my love 🤍💙🇬🇷🫶✊️We love making friends and we love good life, we love to get to know other cultures and we are hospitable. It is true. Greece has her difficulties, but people are warm like our climate. You are all welcome . Come over and have a great time with a bit of Greek μεζέ ( meze = small Greek dishes with a variety of Greek food) along with a nice drink ( ouzo, tsipouro, beer, wine etc) and some nice music ( Greek and more ) by the coast or the beach. To anyone who is willing to visit my country whether it is for vacation or to live here I wish them well, enjoy your life and your time here, be friendly, make friends, be warm hearted and smile from your heart.Because this is the secret. A smile always helps us to find peace within. So try it. I am sending my love to all of you from Greece, my homeland, and thank you for this video ❤👌
@AmazingEuropeChannel oh thank you very much. Although I believe all countries are beautiful and you can find nice people in all of them.. At the end of the day, we are all here and living together on this beautiful planet called Earth. Which we should respect a little bit more though and stop destroying it with pollution and wars... 🙏🙏💛💛🌍🌎🌏
@@kellyk_artist i've been to corfu and Kreta, Greece is a magnificent holiday destination with friendly people, good food, nice weather, fascinating culture, music, dance, and many green islands. They love humor i said to a ober with a playful character in Corfu that the Greek language is difficult and you can speak it you must be intelligent. The ober laught with my joke and said to me can you speak my difficult language? I said no i'm intelligent but not as much as you 😂 it was a wonderful time. 👍Have a nice evening 🙂
I'm a retired expat from the US living in Portugal. Everything you said is true, the cost of living is the best part. The people are very friendly and it is a beautiful country. I don't have to worry about job prospects but I understand that is difficult.
Hello, and thank you so much for sharing your valuable experience! We posted a video just a few days ago about the best European countries to live in as a retiree, and of course, Portugal is among them. If you'd like to watch it, we would love to hear about your experience and why you chose Portugal over other European countries. It would help us understand Europe from the perspective of a non-European. Thank you! 😊
Portuguese are very friendly and welcoming. I had a wonderful time traveling in Portugal. Most Portuguese speak English and it was easy to communicate with them.
@@peterhill2008 Thank you for your opinion. It is true that most Portuguese, especially the younger generations, speak English quite fluently, unlike the Spanish who always struggle with foreign languages. Therefore, Portugal should be second on the list. Lo siento, amigos!
I left my native California for the south of France in 2007. For me, it was a perfect fit. Regardless of where you decide to go, learn to speak at least one other language. It opens up so many doors.
Greece is probably the most scenic country in Europe ( im' talking about the continental part ,that's very little visited by tourists) plus the people are very friendly and the infrastructure very modern, i want to live there one day 🇪🇦❤🇬🇷
Hello, and thank you for sharing your valuable perspective! 😊 We confirm that Greece is truly an extraordinary country! If one day, perhaps in retirement, you want to live there, we recommend you check out the video we made about the top 10 European countries for foreigners to retire in. In fact, only about 3% of Turkey is located in Europe, but we have decided to include it in our list anyway because we have chosen to cover also transcontinental countries in this channel (we have explained this in other videos).
@@user-1rg9f2-g3l6d All religions come from Middle East. Turkey is a country between Western Asia and Southeastern Europe, not in Middle East. As for culture, there is no common European culture, for example, Spanish culture and Norwegian culture are very different from each other.
i lived in different countries in Europe, and yes,Greece is without doubt the most friendly country in Europe.Warm people, always helpful, the service in bars and restaurants are really a good example, how nice you get treaten there. The negativ side of this is,that when you, after had been in Greece, visit an other country, you will quickly miss many things, wich you will not have anymore.
Greek here. Yes for you , as a foreigner, Greeks are friendly and helpful with a twist. Between us Greeks not half as much. We quarrel and gossip about each other.
It truly is amazing. It was the first time in my life when cashier didn't rush me out of line for putting things in basket and said goodbye. That was really so nice.
My favorite countries rank quite high. I lived in Italy for 3 years, and it will be my forever 2nd home. I love Portugal and Greece for the very reasons listed in the video. I have friends forever from all 3. I now live in Mexico and have not regretted any moment of it. I met my husband here...what else is there to say.
In Spain, groups of friends are forged at school or in the park where we played when we were children. They are relatively closed groups where you enter by being introduced by a member of the group, whether as a partner, co-worker, or friend from university. ..in big cities where there is a lot of internal immigration it is easier to enter those groups of friends, because they are less closed, of course to join the group you must speak the language spoken in that group, Spanish, Catalan, Galician ....and of course in Spain, like in the rest of the world, there are regions that are more open and others more closed and this basically depends on the climate, the better the climate, the more people live on the streets and it is easier make friends, however in Spain and I think that also happens in Great Britain with pubs, a good way to make friends is to go to the same bar several times and there is a formula that works for everyone, find a partner... However, we must keep in mind that true friendship is difficult to find, whether in Madrid, Moscow, Kathmandu,....
Hello, and thank you very much for sharing your valuable experience! 😊 This is exactly the kind of comment that we at Amazing Europe seek because it truly helps us understand the culture of a people better. Thanks again!!
I'm Czech citizen living for 24 years in Spain and I have to confirm what's said in the video. Spanish are very friendly people, they don't look down on immigrants or foreigners. And even more on the immigrants from EU. Sometimes they want to learn from us and are curious about our origins.
Im telling you I was really surprised by the kindness I saw in Greece !! My first travel to Europe and being of a different color I was really stressed 😅 But wow , everyone smiles and are so friendly , I totally didn't expect this ..
@hotbird3 first of all thank you for your honest and kind comment. Many foreigners are positively surprised by the Greeks when they firstly visit Greece. Greeks have been slandered with negative comments (villagers, liars, poor, lazy, etc) all these years, that foreigners believe they will meet something inferior to animals.

Friendly countries in Europe that i travelled to and experienced is . Ireland, Portugal, Slovenia, Hungaria, Austria , Greece and Turkey and the small places in germany, i know they are friendly in Iceland and Albania but haven't been to these 2 countries. I booked a flight to Tirana for september this year (2024) 🤗 thank you for the nice video 👍🙂
I must admit , even though I'm not particularly a fan of the beauty of Greece as a country (architecture is awful and and the climate is definitely not for me),the people on the other hand are one of a kind .They immediate talk to you like you are one of their own and invite you to their home and feed you until you pass out .
As a local Spaniard I have to say: People being extrovert and funny to have a party with it doesn’t really mean to be friendly. There is a Lot of two-faced people that will turn their backs at you when the situation gets serious, the time when real friends show up.
Also rob you front of your eyes, especially on trains. Luckily not a personal experience but better be careful. Poor countries are never a good place to settle in.
Right, but I guess as a person just passing by Spain is better than the nordic countries, where they are very boring, serious, racists, aggressive, cold and utterly rude when it comes to about every social aspect. Spain is way colder and rude than Latin America, even you guys recognize how warm hearted Latin people are, it does not mean that there are not also hypocrites and people who just want to use you, yes, but still all in all, we do not go around with faces full of hate, despise or disdain, like many northern countries do, but I remember a guy from Spain that lived in Japan for like decades, when visiting, he became so Japanese, he was disgusted with people at 10 am drinking bier in a Plaza, chit chatting, laughing, being happy, just being HAPPY. This is what Latin people also do, not all, but try, and this is also what people in Spain do, not all, but you guys try, you try to be happy, even if you are going through hardships, people from northen Europe have a tendency to be very unhappy and they love making others unhappy too, when you are calm and have a face that shows you are happy, you bet, you will get nasty starings at you or neigbourgs will try to find something to complain or make problems to you, bc they casually heard you humming quietly to yourself and that told them: you are actually a HAPPY PERSON WITHIN and they HATE YOU FOR IT. Verdad, son asi, no todos, pero la mayoria, son muy muy muy amargados.
@@gergelygeiszlinger5133 I understand that if you live in a shanty in a poor neighborhood they will rob you. I have never been robbed and I arrive at the wee hours of the morning without problems. You tell me?
Greek language....not like other languages in Europe which are "mostly Latin or Anglo-Saxon"?? What about Slavic languages, their speakers comprise almost a third of European population.
Oh, Spain. I lived there for a short time and visited many times, and I always felt like being in my own home. The warmth of the people, eating late at night, the rich history, and being carefree
Unfortunately, I have been forced to visit Spain because of my work. My experience with Spain is a country with a lot of corruption and crime. Not to mention unfriendly people who try to scam you if they can. But Amazing Europe may not think these aspects are important.
I can absolutely understand the bonus country Mexico. I have only been there as a tourist not a migrant but touring southern Mexico I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly people I met during my travels.
I traveled to 13 countries in the EU last year and it is true that Spain is one of the most friendly countries in the EU. And Germany, on the other hand, is not a good choice for AISAN. Unluckily, it seems in general, the more friendly, the lower the salary...
Unfortunately we see Asian in two sides: Confucianism (which we say no!) and „Yellow Flood” (read about the Queen of Saba). And yet a lot of Chinese did and still do copycating and that’s one of our worries against „Asian” too.
Because in Northern European countries like Germany people value only wealth, unlike southern Europeans who recognise the importance of human connection.
I live in the Italian Alps and I can assure you that in this area people are not friendly at all, the fact that a person smiles and tries to talk to you does not make him a friend, don't be fooled. The fakest people I've met in my life seemed like great friends the first few times. Finding real friends is difficult ANYWHERE.
it is totally consistent with my guess and choice (Greece, Spain, Portugal, Ireland) but I thought Italy would be better positioned... if I would have to choose I would go for Spain or Portugal, in Greece the only problem would be the language, and in Ireland the climate! (I also have close cultural links with 3 of these countries, and speak their language, so it would be quite easy to build the bridge to the locals and their culture)
Hello, and thank you for sharing your valuable perspective! 😊 We just want to clarify that in the video we did not report our own thoughts, but the study conducted by InterNations on 12,000 immigrants. Have a great day!

Hello, and thank you for sharing your valuable point of view! 😊 We absolutely agree that a person moving to a country must definitely learn the local language well. It's also an indication of whether they genuinely want to integrate into the culture of the host country 👍
Sincere congratulations to anyone who can speak French, either as a first or second language. I have trouble even with the indefinite article "a" in French.
It's interesting how the most friendly countries in Europe tend to be culturally Catholic (i.e., family, community, others), while the least friendly tend to be culturally Protestant (i.e., individualistic)! (p.s. I'm an atheist)
@@squaretriangle9208with Austria I was surprised cuz I’d never vote them as the most unfriendly country, neither I’d list them there. And I write it as a Polish 🇵🇱🇦🇹
I think it's more of a Latin tradition than catholic. Austria (and southern Germany), Poland, Hungary, and Croatia are all predominantly Catholic while not being known for being friendlier than average. That said, the friendliest country I've ever been to (as a tourist, though) in Europe is Scotland. Such nice people, wow
It probably doesn't mean anything, but all countries on the list are islands (Malta, Cyprus, Ireland), Peninsulas (Turkey, Greece, Italy, Spain+Portugal) or otherwise surrounded by a lot of sea (France, Finland). No landlocked country is on the list.
Yes, the connection between Protestantism and individualism is all too often disregarded. Those countries also tend to tolerate much higher levels of social inequality
After all the negative publicity we endured the previous decade and the financial bullying from the rest of our fellow Europeans, that was surprisingly unexpected.
Hello! From the text in your profile picture, it seems that you're from Greece, right? If so, we're truly glad that the negative and unjust publicity you've faced hasn't managed to cast a negative light on the Greek people. In the end, the hospitality of the Greek people prevailed!
@@AmazingEuropeChannel the negative attitude towards Greece during our financial difficulties in the past decade, was mostly politically driven by some EU politicians for their own reasons. Greece has in the meantime made a impressive comeback and all that is in the murky past. In fact Greece is now viewed very positively by the other member states and by foreign investors. Tourism is also increasing in leaps and bounds year on year. Every tourist I have spoken to has told me that they immediately feel comfortable and right at home during their visits to Greece.
That is true. Our fellow european "friends" used "nice words" when they were referred to the Greeks. We thank them for their "good and polite willing"...and the ""fair"" way they treated us in that difficult times....
I left my native California for the south of France. I've been welcomed from my earliest days here. Though I have spent time in Mexico and Canada, I never considered either. Canada would have been an easy option as I have numerous relatives there. There are wonderful memories but it's too cold for me. Since early childhood I was fascinated by anything I could read about it. I spent time in other European countries and southeast Asia. I took a rail pass and a backpack to France for six weeks and my sense of coming home were confirmed. No regrets.

It is solely because, on our channel, we made the decision to cover also transcontinental countries, such as Turkey and Russia. Three percent of Turkey's territory is in Europe, and that's why we chose to talk about this country on our channel and include it in this list.

Very interesting. I would love to know more about the demographics in each case. How about active retirees' answers? Is Finland REALLY part of Scandinavia?
Good morning and thank you for your comment. False - the languages of European countries are mostly of Latin or Anglo-Saxon origin Truth - by far the most spoken in Europe are the Slavic languages, from around 250 million people, then Romance languages, native to some 215 million people and least spoken (of the Indo-European ones) are the Germanic languages, a mother-tongue for around 210 million people

As an Australian retired to Portugal and with very limited Portuguese language skills, I try to communicate in Portuguese and mostly fail. The Portuguese bend over backwards to help in every case. This is NOT THE CASE not in Spain. THEY EVEN COME TO Portugal and refuse to try and speak Portuguese. When trying communicate with the Spanish in Spain they ignore you in many cases. My wife is Portuguese and speaks reasonable Spanish has had times when the Spanish claim not to understand her (apparently it is the Accent, she is not Spanish), not particularly friendly. Just an observation.
@DidiPort. Viva Portugal.
I have worked in France snd can confirm that they are the kindest, friendliest and most hospitable of people. You do need to learn the language though!
Hello! We would like to clarify that including Turkey in this list is NOT due to our political or religious beliefs. We did it only because we decided to cover also transcontinental nations, such as Russia or Turkey, on our TH-cam channel. Turkey has 3% of its territory in the European continent, and that is why we sometimes talk about it on our channel.
Hello! Of course, we consider Eastern Europe as part of Europe, and we've actually discussed it in other videos. Here, we've presented the ranking compiled by InterNations. InterNations interviewed over 12,000 immigrants from 171 different nations currently residing in 172 countries. However, they only included countries in their ranking with the highest number of immigrants for work-related reasons. Many Eastern European countries, therefore, were not included in this ranking, not for "racist" reasons, but simply because they have fewer migrants than others. On the other hand, some Eastern European countries were included in the ranking but just weren't classified as among the most welcoming by the 12,000 immigrants interviewed. We want to emphasize that featuring the InterNations ranking in this video does not mean we endorse it. We did it because we wanted to hear the opinions and experiences of the community.
5:49 Well, basically I think of moving from China to Spain and I’m happy to see the country welcoming 🇪🇸🇪🇸 as an European I didn’t find myself 100% with China to live long-term (in spite of living from time to time as the country is super cheap for foreigners)
Hi! If you are interested in going to Spain, we recommend watching this video all the way to the end: th-cam.com/video/MR6msGbh8zk/w-d-xo.html You will understand why 😉
Hello! Indeed, yours is a great question! First of all, we just want to clarify that featuring the InterNations ranking in this video doesn't imply that we endorse it. We did it because we wanted to hear the opinions and experiences of the community. As for Mexico, we have read the InterNations report, and what it seems to us is that the interviewed immigrants mostly come from a middle to upper-class background. These are immigrants who move to Mexico attracted, for example, by the friendliness of the people or the climate, but who will meet and befriend only Mexicans from the middle to upper class, who don't face the same problems as Mexicans who migrate to the United States.
@AmazingEuropeChannel no problem at all quite a warm day here in Budapest I feel it's going to get alot warmer into July and august enjoy the rest of the week

one month is not living in my opinion. I visited France several times and even stayed in a 6 months visa once but after I really moved here, it's not the same. If I claimed that everywhere I stayed for a month is "living", omg, I would have lived all over the world!
Seems that all the friendlest countries are in the south (Finland being a curious exception) and all the least friendly countries are in the north (according to your other video) Maybe the weather plays a part in peoples perception, i.e sitting outside a cafe enjoying a glass of wine on a warm summers evening as opposed to running through the pissing rain to get where ever your going (the UK)
Hello, and thank you for sharing your valuable perspective! 😊 Certainly, the climate greatly influences the mentality and culture of a people! Among many factors, it may also play a role in the fact that Mediterranean-facing countries have, over the centuries, become culturally more accustomed to being "open," given the extensive trade and cultural exchange that has taken place.
UK is not in the "bad guys" list. Ireland is in the high. I can assure you that in the Atlantic North coast of Spain it rains more than in England(you can check the data). I think that most unwelcoming countries are Germanic (UK too but with many other cultures in the final blend).
I dunno. I've lived in England (north-east,Newcastle to be more specific) and absolutely loved it there. All my colleagues, neighbours etc were the natives and I must say I just loved them. Nice and genuine people. Maybe they do not make the best first impression when a newcomer is seeing them roaming around on a Friday night completely hammered and all loud and everything but once you get to know them - they're really friendly. Which is why I have wonderful memories from the UK, never mind that iconic rainy/windy English weather. Its people are the best
@@awbinn3377 Haha, your absolutely spot on about people from "up north" really friendly but do love to get completely muller'd at the weekend. Rough diamonds
In general, I question the negative ratings because I wonder how many reporting expats actually even nominally speak the local language. I expect this to be an issue especially in Estonia and the Czech Republic. Neither is closely rated to other European languages and neither language is taught widely elsewhere.
Hello, and thank you for sharing your valuable perspective! 😊 Indeed, we completely agree with what you've said. As we mentioned in response to other comments, we believe that a limitation of the InterNations study is that it only gave a voice to immigrants and not to locals, who would certainly have responded that some migrants did not show a serious willingness to learn the local language. In fact, learning the local language is the first sign that you truly want to integrate into the life of a community.
Czech language belongs to the Slavic language family, which means that a good knowledge of the Czech language ensures understanding at an elementary level of the inhabitants of Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
When it comes to job opportunity and Italy...oooh guys, you got to believe me: usually finding a job (and I'm not saying a good one, i mean just A JOB) in Italy is almost I-M-P-O-S-S-I-B-L-E even for we italian people. Most of the people who offers a job are used to a corrupted hiring system for saying it simpler, and that's a HUGE problem if you want to have a future here and realize yourself. It's not a coincidence that italians are constantly moving out of their Country to find a real, decent job. Plus, now we have right-winged political parties and politicians who spread populist ideologies across the Country, and that's dangerous not just for our welcoming approaching to immigrants, but also for the quality of services offered to the general public. The medias, especially some specific TV channels, spread lies by saying things like "job opportunities are constantly increasing" (it's a total lie) and "EU could be an obstacle for preserving our culture" (it's a fascist-like ideology that's still a thing here for the most of rudest citizens): TV medias are some of the worst ever across all european countries even just for these specific reasons. People is generally ruder than in the previous decades, but luckily it's still friendly for the most part. Yeah, at least food is good but believe me, food itself doesn't automatically make your Country a good one for living in. Cheers.
All countries mentioned here must be friendly because of tourism and money income from tourists .. to live in these countries are different than to visit..
Hello, and thank you for sharing your valuable perspective! 😊 We just want to clarify that featuring the InterNations ranking in this video doesn't imply that we endorse it. We did it because we wanted to hear the opinions and experiences of the community. So, thank you again!!
Are you kiding me ? France ? Finland ? Do research better. I am an European and I have interacted with people from all european nations and I have traveled in half of the continent. I think you got the wrong list. Okay, most of the countryes you have presented have friendly people but France and Finland do not found their place in this list. You should add Romania and Bulgaria insted and I do not know what to say about Irish people. They are ok but not so friendly for a TOP 10 list.
We can assure you that this is indeed the opinion of the 12,000 expats surveyed by InterNations. However, there are some important points to clarify. 1) As mentioned in the video, InterNations did not rank all countries but only those with a high number of migrants for work-related reasons. (For this reason, Bulgaria and Romania were not included in the study). Therefore, if all countries had been included, France and Finland would not have been in the TOP 10 most welcoming countries. The countries surveyed by InterNations are 53 in total, spanning the globe. 2) As we mentioned in the video, even though it is on that ranking, France and Finland are still below the halfway mark globally. Therefore, being included in the TOP 10 most friendly countries in Europe doesn't automatically make them genuinely friendly. 3) Migrants have made a significant distinction between Paris (described as unfriendly, as explained in this video: th-cam.com/video/cRXrIl8KJb4/w-d-xo.html) and the rest of France, described as much more friendly. Have a great day! 😊
@@AmazingEuropeChannel Ok. I understand that you build that video about a study published by that organisation. And it is a very solid argument. But even so as a counter argument Internations it is just one organisation of or for expats, there are many others which I would not name here. Furthermore, doing this list only about the countries that have huge number of migrants either and ignorig the others even if they might have a considerable number of migrants it is not professional. And about that two nations France and Finland that In my opinion are a big mistake to be in that list because as you mention in this video would be hard to get involved with the locals in Finland and like in any northern country, you would fell alone and even finish people they admit about themself that they are not a friendly and sociable nation but rather they are cold and introverts. If you travel in France and you are in a tourist spot, well it normal for people to be friendly but it is not happening everywhere in France. French are different and I dare to say they are devided too by many things, political views, which place or area they live in France, where they are in the society and others aspects too. While some french people might be very friendly, a lot of them might act ignorant forward to expats. As you have mentioned in this video, there is a linguistic barrier and it will be very hard to get involved with the locals without having a considerable good level of french language. A friendly person it is genraly described as a person that it is sociable, polite and having a comitment to other persons with it is involved. Finish are polite. French are somehow polite and somehow sociable. But non of those two people nations would easily have comitment with foreigners. No harsg feeling from myself for any of those two nations. To sum it up I consider that 7 countries from your list are a good fit for this top 10 and 2 of them are not even if those countries might not be very unfriendly either. You have a good excuse bring it up the Inernation study in this video but after all it is your video and I think you should research more and you should asume it. There are a lot of meanings for doing that and even create your own surveys via online. Having that huge mistake it is not making your video credible. But hey, it is ok, good job after all, nice video, keep going. I just hit the like and subscribed bottom.
Hi! We're glad you subscribed to our channel. When we were planning this video and doing our research, we saw that InterNations' study was the only one that surveyed thousands of immigrants around the world about the most welcoming and friendly European countries according to expats. There were others, but they were either much smaller surveys or opinions from tourists (which also included more Northern European countries). Our channel doesn't have enough subscribers yet to do a survey of this scale. So we had to rely on InterNations' study. However, in the video and description we mentioned what we think its limitations are. There are two main ones: 1) only some countries are ranked; 2) only expats are given a voice. We made this video precisely because we wanted to hear everyone's opinion. That's why we like comments like yours, because they help us to better understand the complexity of the situation. Have a great day! 😊
I would say if someone thinks that France is less welcoming because you struggle with learning French I would tend to say that this is probably your shortcoming, not France's. 😃

This is a great question, which we actually asked ourselves when analyzing the InterNations report. The answer we came up with, after analyzing the study, is that the fourth rank is partly due to the fact that many people who move to Mexico belong to a wealthy social class, which doesn't always mix with the part of the population facing more difficulties. This might be a part of the answer. However, your observation shows that these reports are interesting but should not be taken as "absolute truth," but rather as food for thought. Therefore, thank you for your comment.
Southern European countries are warm and friendly, but job conditions are poor. Northern European countries are cold and lonely, but job conditions are good..😂😂
Hello! Indeed, that seems to be the case according to the InterNations study. We've actually produced a video about the most preferred European countries for migrants, considering multiple factors (th-cam.com/video/MR6msGbh8zk/w-d-xo.html). And it clearly shows what you've mentioned. Have a great day!
Completely agree with Ireland. If Trump wins I am seriously considering moving there. I never met nicer people anywhere. Kind of disagree about Spain. I found a high level of rudenesss.
Hello. Let's specify that including Turkey in this ranking is not due to our political beliefs. We did it simply because we chose to cover, in our channel dedicated to Europe, countries that are transcontinental (like Russia and Turkey). 3% of Turkey's territory is in Europe, and that's why it has still been included in this list.
Hi! We just want to clarify that featuring the InterNations ranking in this video doesn't imply that we endorse it. We did it because we wanted to hear the opinions and experiences of the community. So, thank you for sharing your valuable perspective! 😊
Hello! We would like to clarify that including Turkey in this list is NOT due to our political or religious beliefs. We did it only because we decided to cover transcontinental nations, such as Russia or Turkey, on our TH-cam channel. Turkey has 3% of its territory in the European continent, and that is why we sometimes talk about it on our channel. According to the InterNations ranking, the eleventh country is Luxembourg. However, it's important to clarify two important things: 1) as explained in the video, InterNations has not ranked all nations but only those with a high number of immigrants for work-related reasons. Therefore, several nations have not been considered in this list. 2) Even though Luxembourg ranks eleventh in this list, it is still below the halfway mark globally.
Humor is when you laugh anyway: Hungary: Victor Orban, Italy: Giorgia Meloni and France: Marie Le Penne. , Turkey: Erdogan. Foreigners don't seem to realize that they are in countries with strong extremist parties and this could be dangerous in the future! Or is it true, that countrys with a strong right wring are more friendly to foreighners?

Hello! Indeed, we expected comments like these! 😅 However, keep in mind that, as we mentioned in the video, InterNations only reviews countries with the highest number of immigrants for work-related reasons. If they had reviewed all countries, some of the nations in this video might not have been included. It's also worth noting, as we mentioned in the video, that even though Finland is ninth on this list, it's just a little below the halfway mark globally.

🧐This is the ranking compiled by InterNations that ranks different nations based on the hospitality they offer to foreigners moving to those countries. Now, though, we're really curious to know about your experience. Do you agree with InterNations, or do you find their analysis unfair? 🌍🤔
Remind me not to believe anything InterNations puts out because your list of hospitable and inhospitable European countries is complete BS.

True that.
Verdad, son asi, no todos, pero la mayoria, son muy muy muy amargados.

it is totally consistent with my guess and choice (Greece, Spain, Portugal, Ireland) but I thought Italy would be better positioned... if I would have to choose I would go for Spain or Portugal, in Greece the only problem would be the language, and in Ireland the climate!

@DidiPort. Viva Portugal.

Since when Turkey is part of Europe?!
Beautiful

You don't seem to consider Eastern-Europe to be in Europe. Some might call it arrogance.
Unfortunately, Finland is not a scandinavian country, but it is nice to hear it :)
Yes, we noticed our mistake right after publishing the video, but unfortunately, it can no longer be edited 😅
Linguistically it’s not a Scandinavian country but geographically and culturally it is.
5:49 Well, basically I think of moving from China to Spain and I’m happy to see the country welcoming 🇪🇸🇪🇸 as an European I didn’t find myself 100% with China to live long-term (in spite of living from time to time as the country is super cheap for foreigners)

If Mexico is such a great place then why are so many Mexicans moving illegally to the USA?
I'm in Hungary at the moment and I'm finding them very helpful and friendly

Hi! Thank you for sharing your valuable perspective! 😊 Have a great day!
Honestly, Europe and Asia are on the same continent.

Hi! Thank you for sharing your valuable perspective! 😊 Have a great day!
Cheers.
Seems that the friendliness quotient depends entirely upon whom you run into.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
We're glad you enjoyed the video! 😊
All countries mentioned here must be friendly because of tourism and money income from tourists .. to live in these countries are different than to visit..

@@AmazingEuropeChannel Thanks for replying. Can appreciate what you are doing here. Best wishes.

¿Desde cuando Grecia es una isla?.
How can Mexico rank so well when most Mexicans are trying to leave.

Hello. Let's specify that including Turkey in this ranking is not due to our political beliefs. Turkey has 3% of its territory in the European continent, and that is why we sometimes talk about it on our channel. According to the InterNations ranking, the eleventh country is Luxembourg.
