In 6th grade, my old middle school had a serious issue with what we called, “Axe-bombing”. It’s basically exactly what it sounds like, someone would bring a can or two of Axe Body Spray into school, then they’d puncture the can or whatever and let the whole thing of Axe loose in a hallway or in the classroom. The time that they sprayed it in the hallway where my locker was, it was so bad that I avoided it for the rest of the day (luckily it was Friday) because the smell was intoxicating. And, unfortunately, many of my classes were the class right after the Axe-bombers.
I live in uk so for us it was year 7 and we had these clip on ties and every time we were in the changing rooms you’d always hear loud screaming and people having tie fights
My locker room: -Smells of sweat so extremely bad kids sometimes change in the hallway -Never cleaned -Ocasionally smells of axe -Retards emptying the trashcan on the floor -Literally trying to break a window -Ceilling light falls down because someone threw a ball at it -Kids kicking a ball very hard (sometimes someone will get hit) -One kid always sits quiet in the corner -No space to change when >1 class in -Sudden silence when a different class comes in -Mild bullying -Unbelievably loud -Ear piercing screams -Someone always laughs -Ocassional jokes or roasts -Always some fluid on the floor -Never quiet after 7:50 am -Teacher sometimes comes in and everyone goes quiet -A 2nd grader can't change and has to tell the teacher -Someone ocassionally cries -Someone is dancing or having a "seizure" -Someone acts like they have down syndrome -Janitor sometimes comes in (will often get roasted getting out (hears 50% of the time)) -Lowkey making fun out of the teacher -Kids doing dumb things for a couple bucks -Usually some food on the floor (mostly chips (amount may vary)) -A couple kids using their phones -A bunch of kids watching another kid play a mobile game -Kid arguing with a teacher over getting their phone taken away -Always some clothing/bags/personal stuff that belongs to no one (will most likely get thrown around) -Always some coins on the floor -Someone is doing handstands on the benches -Someone carries someone around on their back -Someone trying to throw up on the floor -Showing eachother their PPs if 5> people in the room -Someone lowkey getting molested -Someone changes in 15 seconds and someone in 2 hours -One kid is there before everyone else and one comes so late you pretty much never see him -Someone somehow manages to eat their lunch in this filth
The reason we don’t use spray deodorant in our boys locker room is because one kid thought it was a good idea to put a lighter in front of it and used the spray as a flamethrower
The girl's locker room in high school was just as bad as the boy's. Bra snappers abound, along with so much catty body shaming, which led to almost daily weave-tearing sessions. Don't even get me started on how badly the room was choked with fifty different flavors of perfume. We had an unlit back area with disconnected showers, so I would always dress there. It became a small haven for weed and cigarette smokers to take a few drags before class, and I often joined. Hence the smothering perfume.
U never had the true locker experience if you’ve never witnessed: -Guys shooting dice in front of the entrance to the locker room/in the locker room -Fights -Smell of weed -Nic addicts -Axe spray -Vandalism -Food/Rats in the lockers

At my old middle school the girls locker rooms were chaos, the floors were carpeted so kids would rub whole bars of deodorants into the carpet, throw random stuff over the gap, yell and scream, throw clean tampons, and one time somebody a bunny, yes a real life living bunny, in their locker then locked it because someone in their way to school gave it to them and when our only female PE teacher was told about this she opened the locker and the bunny just jumped out so we had four PE teachers running around the locker room trying to catch it ( it was not harmed don’t worry)
Here's my best locker room story. My highschool locker room is fairly big. One day our class walks in the locker room to change. Me and a couple of my friends noticed a pretty horrendous smell coming from the lockers to the right of us. We start to open the lockers one by one to see what is causing the smell. I finally find the locker and I open it... It's not what you think. I'll just be very straight forward with this. some kid shit in a sandwich bag and rolled it tight like he just wrapped a hotdog in tinfoil. I grab a loose end of it and toss it at my friend while yelling "quick catch!" He catches it and instantly drops it. He squeals and says "ewwww dude it's really mushy in there". Another one of my friends decides to randomly punt the unknown wrapped object across the locker room. He punts it. We see the object unwrapping itself in mid-air. When it lands. You hear the whole front end of the locker room scream. All the seniors and juniors. Straight up scream. Within 2 minutes, not even joking you. The whole locker room was evacuating the room. The heat, the deadly smell. You couldn't find a better duo. We came back, the turd was unwrapped and gone. Thanks for listening to my story, kinda took a while to write.
It's good to know that the boys locker room energy is an international phenomenon, same across different countries and cultures. I'm from Scotland and it was exactly like this, right down to the overpowering Axe smell (although it's called Lynx here for some reason). There was also this Adidas brand deodorant which a load of guys at my high school used and it wasn't even just in the changing rooms, all the corridors constantly stank of the stuff. They once tried to ban spray deodorant from the school because almost every week the spray would set off the smoke detectors and we'd have to evacuate the whole school until the fire brigade came out to check that nothing was on fire. Fun fact: spraying your clothes with deodorant is sometimes called a "Glasgow shower" after Glasgow, Scotland

My schools locker rooms are almost incident free because the designers had the bright idea of putting the pe teacher’s office in the room itself. The one incident that happened was to a kid who changed in the stall every day. Someone ran in and turned the water on while he was changing.

In my locker room they sing, use someone’s extra clothes, uses ones locker if they can’t get their own one open, shares deodorant, perfume (even though we aren’t aloud) and yeah that’s basically it. And me I just get dress and wait for my friends so I can go to class.

At my old middle school the girls locker rooms were chaos, the floors were carpeted so kids would rub whole bars of deodorants into the carpet, throw random stuff over the gap, yell and scream, throw clean tampons, and one time somebody a bunny, yes a real life living bunny, in their locker then locked it because someone in their way to school gave it to them and when our only female PE teacher was told about this she opened the locker and the bunny just jumped out so we had four PE teachers running around the locker room trying to catch it ( it was not harmed don’t worry)

Here's my best locker room story. My highschool locker room is fairly big. One day our class walks in the locker room to change. Me and a couple of my friends noticed a pretty horrendous smell coming from the lockers to the right of us. We start to open the lockers one by one to see what is causing the smell. I finally find the locker and I open it... It's not what you think. I'll just be very straight forward with this. some kid shit in a sandwich bag and rolled it tight like he just wrapped a hotdog in tinfoil. I grab a loose end of it and toss it at my friend while yelling "quick catch!" He catches it and instantly drops it. He squeals and says "ewwww dude it's really mushy in there". Another one of my friends decides to randomly punt the unknown wrapped object across the locker room. He punts it. We see the object unwrapping itself in mid-air. When it lands. You hear the whole front end of the locker room scream. All the seniors and juniors. Straight up scream. Within 2 minutes, not even joking you. The whole locker room was evacuating the room. The heat, the deadly smell. You couldn't find a better duo. We came back, the turd was unwrapped and gone. Thanks for listening to my story, kinda took a while to write.

It's good to know that the boys locker room energy is an international phenomenon, same across different countries and cultures. I'm from Scotland and it was exactly like this, right down to the overpowering Axe smell (although it's called Lynx here for some reason).
There was also this Adidas brand deodorant which a load of guys at my high school used and it wasn't even just in the changing rooms, all the corridors constantly stank of the stuff.
They once tried to ban spray deodorant from the school because almost every week the spray would set off the smoke detectors and we'd have to evacuate the whole school until the fire brigade came out to check that nothing was on fire.
Fun fact: spraying your clothes with deodorant is sometimes called a "Glasgow shower" after Glasgow, Scotland

My schools locker rooms are almost incident free because the designers had the bright idea of putting the pe teacher’s office in the room itself. The one incident that happened was to a kid who changed in the stall every day. Someone ran in and turned the water on while he was changing.
We don’t have a monitor and that’s why people slap box and one time someone brought tear gas to our school and let it go in the locker room and 2 kids went unconscious
