Easy falafel recipe ፍላፍል አሰራር

Ingredients
1st Process
Chickpeas-2 cups
Water-3 cups
2nd Process
1 onion
4 Garlic
Parsely-1/2 cup
Green Onions-1/2 cup
1 Jalapeño
Water-1/2 cups
Add this all with Chickpeas in the blender and mix it.
3rd Process
1 tsp-Cumin
1 tsp-Black Pepper
1/4 tsp-Baking Soda
1/2 tsp-Baking Powder
Salt as desired.
Mix well and make a shape you want your falafel to have.
Then fry it with till it is brown and crispy.
Fry it with medium temperature.
