Salt-as needed
Korarema (ethiopia spicy)-1 tbsp
Mitmita(ethiopia spicy)-1 tbsp as needed
Butter(ethiopia way)-Almost 2 cup
Melt the butter in a different pan until it’s medium heat and do the meat in different pan it’s a raw meat kitfo saw the melted butter gives the meat heat.
