    Ingredients
    Sufficient Cooking Oil
    Sufficient Water
    A dash of Salt
    1-2 tbsp of Belacan (Fermented Shrimp Paste)
    6 pcs of Bird's Eye Chilli
    6 cloves of Garlic
    2-3 tbsp of Dried Shrimps
    400g-500g of Sweet Potato Leaves
    ***You may add/reduce the ingredient's portion according to your preference)
    Sambal Belacan is a popular spicy Malaysian chili condiment consisting mainly chilies and belacan (shrimp paste). It's a local taste originated from the Malay community and are usually prepared using traditional tool - Mortar & Pestle. It can be served raw or cooked with other ingredients like vegetables and/ or meat.
