Really appreciate your videos how to deal with the vegetable straight from wet market. If you can feature the different fish we can get , what type was zero to less bones, which better to cook for steaming , for frying ,... how to deal with entire fish and seafood- what seller can help to remove and clean up before you bring home....after bring home, how to clean and store in freezer. how to cook for different cuts... that will be great. Since everyone has high chlolesterol.....will be good to learn more on fish. Im a newbie. Thanks thakns.

刚用小扁荷兰豆,和红灯笼椒切絲用老师教法炒。但沒放蝦米,也放醬青和鲜紅罗卜蘋果等汁炒,好吃。感恩❤。

后来听鄰居讲过,每次买的叶子都很老炒了都不好吃。

其实只要拔掉外层皮就很软嫩了

番薯叶可以不用砂锅会更好 !最简单最好吃的方法 ,
就是把番薯叶搅烂或撕碎,在拿来炒会更入味更好味 !
这扎蕃薯叶不够一个人吃,用这么多时间才炒一点。
