DayZ is one of those games where there is so much vegetation when playing that it happens to be one of those trickiest games to stream. I don't think that there are many who are able to stream this game (non partnered) without having blur etc when running around. What bitrate are you using when streaming?
Hey! Yes you can right click the game capture source you've added. Click filters. Add filter on the left and choose color correction Then on the right adjust the gamma. Just a little bit is usually enough to make a difference on stream I find! Hope that helps!
Whenever i try to stream Namalsk specifically, my stream won’t load the gameplay. I have no problems streaming other DayZ maps. Do you know what could be the issue?
why does my dayz looks laggy? I have r7 5700g, 16gb ram, dayz on ssd, i have 60fps on dayz playing but obs shows the game so laggy, i even tryed to downgrade the output to 720p but still have a lot of lag on obs, i downgraded my settings to poor on dayz too, gain lot of fps ingame but same thing, obs is lag af, any advice? ps yea i dont have a video card, just the integrated from the r7, which should be capable to stream dayz i guess.
More than likely your integrated video card just can't handle playing the game and encoding (which is what it does for streaming) at the same time. Specially if it's an intel integrated gpu.
@@JippyUK hello. i have i7-10700kf rtx 3070 32gb ram 3600mhz i get around 150 fps in the game. But when i record with obs video looks a little laggy. I've tried a lot of stuff, nothing helped
i play on 1440p should i stream on 1080 p or 720 , i want to stream in the best quality possible , i did 6000Bitrate at 1920 *1080p but when i move it was not looking clear ps i did use window capture cuz fullaplication capture did nott work
@@JippyUK Damn. I dont know whats wrong. I started everyting with administrator. Set my specific window to dayz, anticheathook aswell. and it still wont work. also tried the hotkey. also doesnt work somehow. :c
you should show us how it performs when you move in game...then whole sht appears with pixelating and making foliage look like one big spot of green paint...
Yeah that won't save a vod i don't think. It's more just to check that you can upload to the twitch server and that the bitrate you've set to upload at can remain consistent with your Internet connection. I recall twitch has a tool which analyses your upload and let's you know if there are problems with the video being sent.

I have a decent screen name that might hook the odd viewer in. Who knows unless you try. Im a 300 hour newb, I like Esseker and namaslk. My raison d'être in every run is to find nades and make tripwires. And ambush. That's always my plan but not yet have succeeded. Only once at namaslk school water station. But that is easy
Exactly. X264 is CPU intensive but generally unless you have a 2xxx or 3xxx video card I'd stick with X264. The newer gen cards are better for nvenc I believe. Also the SLOWER you set that preset, so very fast to fast Will increase the CPU work done and slightly increase quality.

whenever i try to stream dayz fullscreen application doesnt work with dayz. and speciffic window dayz still wont show up. any other options?
Try and launch both obs and dayz as administrator. That fixed it for me. Let me know!

Dang. I had this issue too when I had first streamed dayz and it drove me nuts. That was the only thing that managed to get it working for me.
I have game capture mode. Set to specific window. Dayz as the process and use anticheat hook on the rest all off apart from cursor too

this tutorial doesnt allow me to show my screen and i enabled the dayz exe
Ty. I did a test stream in twitch when I was done I couldn't see the video in my twitch channel. Where do they go and do I have to upload them?
You streamed to twitch using your actual stream key or was it the stream key with something appended at the end?

Lol I must be retarded as hell. I have the game showing up perfectly on the OBS but it still freezing on twitch
my game (dayz) gets pixelated everytime when im moving faster my camera, or when im in the woods? any solution?
Dayz is notorious for it because its a high foliage game which encoder struggles with a bit. What is your upload bitrate set at?

@@JippyUK i was using the GPU, i changed for x264 and put it at very fast, now seems to have a little more definition
