i need help. ive tried this over and over again and its still not working. it tells me a server im trying to play uses mods listed from other servers i play. and says to setup mods and join. and that im missing a pbo for a mod from the server that im attempting to join when the mod is fully there. i dont understand. its just refusing to work.

I literally fought to get past this error for about 7 consecutive hours until someone pointed out this video. Thank you so much. I followed the info on this and was finally able to get past it.

Don't delete here, delete there i heard like 19 times, but i only run Expansion and its 2 reqs updated and still get the 40074 error. Modding games for decades and this game blows at mods which is nutty because there are so many

Very nice video, not rushed or hyper at all. Loved it. I already know how to us DZSA Launcher (for years now) but wanted to check for anything new. Sometimes I have tried a new modded server only to be stopped by being told I had a conflicting mod, but I didn’t have any installed or subscribed to. Since I had the game and workshop mods deleted out of the proper folder on my PC. This wasn’t addressed tho. Can you please add another video with the fix for this issue? Ty Sandpiper Birdie

My Problem: Using the in game launcher has never in my 3000 hour history worked for me. This is super common. I can type any community server in that I KNOW exists - and it WILL NOT show up on the in game launcher list. I have no idea why, but it has always been like this since I started the game. I'm only able to to select official servers, or community servers that are already magically and mysteriously showing on the list. Never have I ever been able to search a server I'm looking for, and it helpfully shows up and then I am able to play it. Never once. I can only use DZSA launcher. I wish I knew what this was....

What if my workshop folders are missing, and when I try to join a server it doesn't show the mods. It just makes me try to join it then I get the error.

Ive come across a problem where my Dayz gives a PBO error with mods that i had installed for another server but already deleted, and reset my pc since i was having issues. Ive reset my pc and deleted everything DAYZ related and still no luck if anyone can help me with this this is the second time this has happened and its extremely frustrating to have to go through this when im trying to download mods for other servers.

DZSA seems to cause more problems than it solves, it hates when a server changes its mods, the standard launcher does everything you need.

Me and my friend did this and we died because apparently you need to have gas masks. We are now depressed and it's your fault. Get in touch and we can figure out how big of an apology and how much money you owe us together.

I was able to resolve a Missing PBO error (server has a newer version of the mod) by selecting the server from the larger list of servers instead of from my favorite/recent list. Inside the favorite and recent lists it only lists the required mods from when you last played that server and does not reflect any updates to that server.

Please Help me, i cant play Day z outside of Namalsk ! i unsubscribed to the Namalsk Mods. then i tried to join a chernarus official server. I didnt work..It is a PBO error and it says that i need to unsubscribe to the namalsk mods. (but i already did) i wiped everything out even in the 221100 Folder but it still doesnt work. Help !

Hey if I own DayZ on Xbox can I play it as a Windows version when on pc and play on modded servers or do I need steam version ?
