I have followed with utmost interest this lecture, although it is quite sad and enraging to know the truth about what happened during the British Rule in the Indian sub-continent.
I live in London, UK, and knowing all that the British did in the past, it disgusts me to come across racism towards non-white people, including towards Asians, when actually the very cause of migration was triggered by their ancestors!
The British caused the mass economic migration of South Asians to Britain and other countries because they robbed India naked and caused the people of India not to have anything to sustain themselves with.
Thanks brother Adnan for clarifying the facts in this lecture.

Fearing that the Hindus would have subjugated the Muslims(Pakistanis) if they had remained in India, is this not lack of tawakkul?
The cream moved to Pakistan which created a vacuum in India. Also the border with Afghanistan would have made a lot of difference for Indian leaders. Also having so many pashtoons inside India and a massive representation in the parliament would have made a huge difference bi iznillah...and Hindus knew that, it's our be-deen leaders who were afraid of the MUSHRIKOON(Yes Adnan bhai Mushrikoon), afsoos!!
May Allah have mercy on both side of the believers and everyone.

Lack of tawakkul ? So Hijhra means Lack of Tawakkul?Allah gave humans Intellect,So We can access the situation. What Indian Muslims(Pakistanies) thought at that time was absolutely right.Time has proved that their acessment about the Hindu Majority rule was absolutely spot on.You also Talk about fear,Do you know how many Muslims(Pakistanies)were killed by the Sikhs and Hindus on the way to Pakistan,And those Muslims(Pakistanies)Knew they will be attacked on the way,They left their properties and almost went to Pakistan empty handed,They have sacrificed every thing they have even their lives,Because they were afraid?Come on you need to read history again. Those Muslims(Pakistanies) were brave and sacrificed every thing for their home land.Cowards were Congrassi Molvies who were telling the Muslims to stay and don't ask for separate Homeland because Hindus will be Angered and might attack.
      May ALLAH give us Hidhaya.Aameen

The portion given by the British was so small that it could've never accommodated all the Muslims. How many perhaps were able to migrate? 15% or 20% so it was not really practical to migrate plus Pakistan could've never accommodated that many people.
The idea of Pakistan was a safe heaven for the believers but perhaps only for 40%. What about the 60% of the believers at that time? What was the strategy for them? Nothing? That's why it was selfish.
      Wallahu aalam.

@@khanofcaledonia6413 Waalaikum Salam .Have you read the Lahore Resolution by the All India Muslim League? In Which they talked about Muslim Majority States not just State.
What agreement was made by the Indian Muslims(Pakistanies) with the Britishers and Hindus?
Muslim majority areas will be the part of Pakistan,Those areas Which are far away from Pakistan border but it's a Muslim Majority areas will be independent state,It will have a choice to join India or Pakistan independently.
Those people who appose the very idea of Separate state can't complain about lack of land.If Muslims were remain united on separate Homeland they will get more piece of land.
You talked about fear of Mushriks.Imagin Agar is waqt aik Muslim jamat khari ho India may aur kahay k humay Apna fair share Parliament do aur India Army may do etc aur is k liay Muslims Struggle krain streets pr ya har available platform pr to Kya in logon ko Cowards kaha jie ga Ya in logon logon ko Coward kaha jie ga Jo in ko kahain gy k choro yeah mangain Hindu naraz ho jie ga humari security ko khatra ho ga.Reflect this analogy to 1947 you will know who was the Coward.

@@khanofcaledonia6413 True 💯💯💯 They just want something to justify partition and now when they see muslims suffering in India its like a gotcha moment for them. We see on every social media platform how these pakistanis taunt us with thank you Jinnah jibe or why didn't you migrate too blah blah. They feared hindus and now sitting in Muslim majority country they taunt us that we fear hindus. Lol
We Indian Muslims have tawakkul in Allah and he will help us. In sha Allah

    • @sadaaAzmi

@@faisal5544Lol. This is biased history which is taught in Pakistani schools. You said we could have Muslim majority state as part of Pakistan but independent away from Pakistan border. Well you guys tried that and now we have Bangladesh. You guys couldn't even handle one separate majority muslim land let alone handling other muslim majority state of India. Anybody with sound mind and intellect and without biasness would say that it was impossible. Aur jo aapne kaha k agar koi muslim jamat khadi ho India me aur equal representation maange to kya usse coward kaha jayega to jawab hai nahi kyun k wo sirf equal representation maange ge, hinduon se darr kar alag mulk nahi. Darr kar jo alag mulk maange wo Coward hai na ko wo jo inke bich saabit qadam reh kar apna haq maange. K bhai hindu naraz hote hain to hone do hum to yahi rahenge jaha hamari 1000 saal se hukumat thi na unn Cowards ki tarah bhaag jayenge jinhe mushrikon se dar lagta hai. Now you reflect this analogy to 1947 and you will know who was coward.
Waise ajkal aapke yaha k log hi hum Indian Muslims ko taane maarte hai k hindustani musalman darta hai hinduon se isliye kuch kar nahi sakta. Saare darpok 1947 me bhaag gaye baki Indian Muslims ko yaha akela chhod kar aur ab baat karte hai Ummat ki. Khair Allah hai hi hamare saath aur ye kaafi hai.

Spot on. He is seems clearly biased when it come to partition. You can see in his other videos as well. If Jinnah, Iqbal and Syed Ahmed Khan could foresee then even Maulana Azad could foresee the future of Pakistan n pakistani muslims. One should listen his speech at Jama Masjid Delhi. Almost all of his predictions came true regarding Pakistan. He said if Pakistan is made then muslim of India will suffer till eternity at the hand of hindus and Pakistani muslims won't be able to help them. Pakistani Muslims will struggle economically and Indian Muslims won't be able to help them. He also said that within 25 years pakistan will divide in 2 parts, which eventually happened in 1971. Pakistan will always have pressure from foreign powers n we see this today.
So don't just narrate one part of the history and hide other side. This is intellectual dishonesty of Adnan Rashid Bhai. I don't support nationalism from either Muslims. May Allah guide us and allow us to speak haqq.

@2:00 The Jinnah Quote you have mentioned is fake. He never said it. The Pakistani govt after partition could not handle the millions of refugees that were coming from India and Jinnah himself has asked the Indian Muslims to not migrate to Pakistan which made the Muslim league leaders within India to split and form a new party. They felt betrayed as Pakistan had no plans for the Muslims who will be left in Minority Provinces. As a scholar & Historian, you should have known these important sequence of events that took place soon after partition.

Islam was coerced onto India, a country that was rich, resourceful and advanced in multiple avenues. The Mughal invasion brought tyranny, injustice and oppression. Indians were not allowed to practice their religion, in fact, were required to adhere to Sharia law, specifically Jizya which funded the Mughal empire. Please don’t be fooled into believing a false premise being presented.

Women didnt pay jizya, children didnt pay jizya, grandfathers didnt pay jizya, hindus in the military didnt pay jizya
Jizya was paid only by military-aged men in return for not being conscripted into the military unlike muslims. Jizya was paid once a year based on profession. When muslims couldn't guarantee protection of ahl-ul-dhimma, the jizya is returned.
Hindus under aurangzeb's jizya system paid less taxes compared to akbar's equal tax system, for example.

Aurangzeb was a butcher, under his rule India was oppressed, no religious freedom, no social justice and pure dictatorship, what good is jizya, when the air you breathe is taxed? You are misguided by Adnan his bias commentary is evident of his lack of knowledge. He praises authors/books that support his hidden agenda.

Then what does it mean? That means Moguls gave mansabders autonomy which became eventually the reason for the destruction of "Riyasat E Hingdoostan"
