AFA Pre Certification. Ins an Outs & Why it Helps Your Chances for Success to Pass!

I was fortunate enough to have the time and invitation to attend the AFA Pre Certification Clinic hosted at Brian Strelow's shop a little while ago. The AFA Examiner was Brian Strelow and Brian Bonnel was the AFA Instructor. I figured not many people know what the pre certification process is about and this would be a short introduction of the weekend and what it entails. I couldn't help but think the whole time, "man I wish this was a thing when I was trying to take my AFA Certification tests!". Throughout the video, it skips along through each little segment that took place during the weekend. Terms of anatomy were covered, shoe modification demonstrations, journeyman barshoe demo, certified and journeyman shoeing lecture and demo, and of course hands-on time segments to have your own practice after seeing these things also took place. This was a jam packed weekend to help your with your journey to become a successful, knowledgeable professional farrier!

Honestly, thank you for putting this out there! I remember just starting to go for the CF I had wayyyy more questions than answers and needed someone to grab my neck and point it in the right direction.
