White Ranch was always my favorite front range trail system years ago when I was riding. I watch every one of your videos Nate and I have to say that you and James are the very best of MTB on TH-cam. I never cease to be amazed at your skills and the alien level skills that James has. Please keep them coming!
Excellent footage, even with the darker light, everything came clear, sharp and buttery. Jankdom is alive and well in the front range. Cheers Team Pete!!
Your channel has been a big inspiration for my newfound mtn biking obsession! Back in April Longhorn was a big challenge for me, now it’s my favorite ride in the front range. Keep it up! 👍
Man, rode Longhorn the first time finally earlier this week and that drop at 5:45 caught me out. Made it but I am not the best rider and it scared the crap outta me. Couldn't stop in time and just had to send it right down the middle.
Happy Holidays Pete and Nate. Great videos and enjoy clips seeing Pete and his friends hanging out. Dogs live for in the moment. The trail riding is good too.
I used to ride White Ranch in the 90s on an aluminum Trek 8000 hardtail with a RockShox Judy 70mm fork. It really wasn't fun but we did it anyway. Guess it taught me bike handling.
Rode this for the first time this season. Longhorn is rough! As an intermediate rider, I found it taxing, but very fun, keeps you laser focused. Wear your pads for this one!
Loved the 3rd Person jump shot, I know they are a PITA but wow does that show the hugeness! Too fast for the drone huh? Just amazing to see you guys on my home turf where I know just what a man eater that trail can be! W.R. wheelie record too!
Nate Hills oh sh!t, I thought the skydios were flawless, and that it was going to fly through that tree tunnel following you guys! I’m sure they’ll slap you a new one!
@@KarlDeckerPresents Nothing in this world is flawless unfortunately. Bikes, phones, drones, people, haha. I would say it did remarkably well, considering what I have put it through this year. Still impressed.
@@natehills9388 I am really impressed with what I see out od the skydio. I have been pretty unimpressed with my Mavic Air's follow feature. Would love to see a detailed round up on your thoughts to date on the skydio.
Nate: A great wrap-up to Season 5 ... many thanks for yet another superb MTB video season. Hoping 2021 is much different pandemic-wise; looking forward to Season 6 with you, James, Pete et al!! A coupla questions that I have to ask: 1. How come James isn't a pro rider/brand ambassador/etc.? His talents and skills are certainly of that class. 2. How much maintenance of your bikes do you do vs. someone else? They seem to get the poop beat out of them on the trails and at the speeds you ride. 3. If you had to pick only one place to ride, where would that be? Cheers, amigo ... stay safe, sane, and healthy!
Thanks for supporting the channel. 1- James runs a business. He has a deal with SC currently. He normally prefers to fly under the radar. 2- No one has touched my bike besides me for the last 20 years. 3- British Columbia.
White Ranch is my favorite front range trail system. Bad ass representation! I gotta study some of those lines James be taking man! Next time you are there hit Mustang, its worth the extra climbing.
This looks absolutely exceptional especially considering how close it is to Denver... Gonna have to keep this on the list for next trip out there after landing :) Sick man. Thankful that bikes are so good and your content follows that trend!
Stellar as always! Many thanks for the continued awesomeness. Really digging the back to back POV/drone footage over the same feature.....fierce! Raising the bar as always.... So, when's the next trip down to NM? I'm sure you're needing a little Glorieta fix....;)
Another great ride done. It helps me to keep motivation at high level during cycling session on home-trainer. Hope you're going well and James W. too. A like for Pete .
Rippers. Wow. I think I heard the brakes squeal once, maybe. When I ride that trail, my forearms get more pumped than when I climb from death gripping the whole thing.
I have been watching all of your videos over the past month and have been wondering what backpack you ride with. I'm no racer and tend to carry everything but the kitchen sink on my daily rides and for my road trips I want enough room to carry my cameras, drone, extra batts for all of it and a kitchen sink for extra weight on the climbs to fully embrace the suck. So what do you use and is it a single go to bag or you have multiples that are used based on what your doing?
Great video, was just at North Table Mtn & Apex Park last weekend, but ran out of time to try these trails. What gear are you using to record? Video quality is super smooth and sharp!
Yup, the go pro doesn't do this trail justice, the water bar drops are 2-3ft on average, one of the few places on the front range where a big travel bike can stretch its legs.
Happy Thanksgiving. Thank you for being a part of Season 5, I appreciate the support!! More to come friends!
WOW, 5 years!! Remember your first bike check out in the desert? You've come a long way shredder 🤘 Happy Trails
Thanks for stoking the flames of stoke

@@Mrod24_7 Thanks for watching!
Awesome ride and footage as always ! Happy TG Nate and James !
James W. is the best advertisement that Santa Cruz has. I hope they are paying him.
I was pedaling up this not long ago and I saw James doing a proper manual down the same part 😂😂🤣
James with a dope little nose bonk at 2:16. Actually bonked on a super sketch rock garden it looked like!
Sketchiest part of this video. That section is blind but he knows it well.
Probably my favorite downhill stretch on the front range of Denver
James’s full time job, slaying trail, riding back wheel and jumping everything. Appetite the “Jank” notice at the end.

Thanks for the kind words Brad. White Ranch delivers.
Best video yet of Longhorn! Thanks. Bummed James did not jump the fence.
The fence is broken 😞 Need to find the person who cased it, lol
Dooooood, SICK riding!! Those trails look legit.
White Ranch never disappoints. Bet James could still find a manual line through the jank at the end
One wheel champion.
Love these edits man. Monster riding and just the sounds of rubber on the trail. You and James are beasts. Really digging these vids. 🤙🏼
Appreciate it!
Excellent footage, even with the darker light, everything came clear, sharp and buttery. Jankdom is alive and well in the front range. Cheers Team Pete!!
Long live the jank!
Epic White Ranch as always! Great shredd’n guys! Keep on spinn’n!...

Keep the pedals turning over amigo.
4:37 oooff! Could feel that through my phone. Sick gap though, didn’t even know that was possible.
Nate the great
Thanks for making Friday’s great !!
It's cool hearing the sound of the bike match the drone footage.
In the words of the oh so famous Pauly Shore "That was Nasty"! Great spot man!
James W >>> God Of Manual 🤘
ur like the chillest mtb youtuber who’s always active. also shredding everything is a must for you😂😂
Good one... underrated. Maybe not the most challenging, however a hell of a trail. Wish I had something similar over here

I bet it is easy for you now, haha.
It's also touching to watch a great video again.
Very Cool!♡♡♡

Available in VHS soon, lol
Rode this for the first time this season. Longhorn is rough! As an intermediate rider, I found it taxing, but very fun, keeps you laser focused. Wear your pads for this one!
Denver's hardest downhill, the water bar drops are 2-3 ft, go pro makes em look tiny haha, and those rock chutes are super steep.
Awesome video! That place looks fun. James is smooth with those manuals
just your basic run-of-the-mill 150 ft trail manual.. meh.
JRA, haha
Siik footage of some top shredding 🤙🏻
Omg all my favorite friends! Pete, James & Nate!
Dream team ;)

James has that place on lock. I love Mustang but I am guessing there is a bit of snow hanging out in there.
Still a bunch of snow hanging out on Longhorn, 4 days after you posted this. When was it shot?
When I see your videos come up on my notifications It’s officially FRIDAY!! 🤙🏼

What does dds stand for?

I was not ready for the chunk my first time down longhorn
The rougher, the better.
so satisfying - thanks!
james never seems to stay on two wheels, solid!!!
2 wheels are for suckers!
@@natehills9388 also two parts in the video your hub sounds like INDY 500 car
Pete is good boy
no sketchy fence jump? other than that, its some high quality shredding
Someone broke the fence 😥
WOW Nice Trail - Good job
Thanks! 👍
That nose bonk over the sketchy blind rock...James is a Kung Fu trail master!
Ninja shit.
the inside on that last set of switchback is fucking joy to ride
Oh hell yes

I run an Ergon BA3evo for almost everything. Fits my drone nicely and stays put in rough terrain.
Hey Nate, have you once ridden with any of those guys in the pinkbike academy show? Happy thanksgiving!
Tom Bradshaw is a good friend of mine. Absolute legend!
Is that a "yeah sure" or a "yes sir"?
You should ride vitamin B in bueno vista Colorado, super gnarly lines
Jank city.
Haha, finally a trail I can do! (Not at that speed nor with that style, mind you.)
domestic turkeys??? HOLY CRAP
y'all were flying like wild turkeys 🤘🤘🤘🦃🦃🦃🍺🍺🍺
Was James trying to achieve a low earth orbit?
Hey brotha what camera are you using your footage is so clear
Anyone know way drone is used to follow?
It’s not a Follow Cam Friday without Pete
Great video, was just at North Table Mtn & Apex Park last weekend, but ran out of time to try these trails. What gear are you using to record? Video quality is super smooth and sharp!
Yaaaaaaaaaa
No rim damage? :)
Old dogs rule!
No question!
2nd best trail in denver area, behind dakota ridge.
Does james still have KOM here?
I also prefer DR. Not sure about the kom, I don't use Strava.
Sick per usual! Were you riding your 130?
Riding my 150 here.
It’s insane how blown out Longhorn is now days.. go back and watch your first video here with Dee you’ll see a huge difference.
I hope the trend continues. The rougher, the better.
bunny hopping the horse poop ftw
that could have ended badly for me. haha. Good thing James cleared it. 🤢
James’ road gap 😯
Mandatory! ha
This trail is a damn ripper.... nothing feels better than a longhorn send after suffering up the belcher crawl :/
Wow that trail is a physical pounding! Might need physiotherapy after that...
Yup, the go pro doesn't do this trail justice, the water bar drops are 2-3ft on average, one of the few places on the front range where a big travel bike can stretch its legs.
Disappointing... I was expecting James to wheelie the whole wack-a-mole section... 1 footed...
Goals for 21. Jank a mole.
... backwards.
Nice ride, but manuals are lame after the first 100 times 😉
That looks like coloredo
Weingarden spends more time in air then on trail
Proper technique! Hope life is treating you well amigo.
