Nate, thanks for posting these videos. I found your channel back in the spring while recovering from a bad car wreck in December. I have ridden road bikes for years and loved it, never really did the MTB thing. You inspired me to give it a shot and I just got back from my first ride on my brand new Yeti SB130 which I picked up this week. This is the first Ive been on my bikes in almost 9 months. It felt great and what a machine! Thanks for doing what you do and be safe!
Wow! Thanks Nate. I was born and raised in Colorado and I spent as much time as possible doing exactly this through out the 80's. I always wanted to film it like you are but that was way before the Gopro days. Really takes me back.
Great Trail. I have gone back through the archives of FF, and I cannot recall a summer in your CO vids where the dirt has looked so prime. it is looks like June conditions and it is late August. Gotta be stoked to get out as much as possible.
Hell yeah indeed! You boys were ripping for sure. Really like the trails in that area. As a moto and mtb guy, Silverton looks like an awesome place to hang out for a week or 12. Good luck at the BM this weekend, let it rip.
Sorry to spam, I have had wine plus few imperial IPA's so.... most people don't know the knowledge involved riding a trail like this. It's awesome watching a really good rider navigate the tight singletrack. Good Shit!
Nate, Nameste from Mumbai. Kudos to Alex! Awesome ride and great landscaping in CO. Homeward bound to PHX in 3 days. Cant wait to ride in Sedona! As an aviator; ready for some additional aerials. Blue skies, Jg
Been avoiding this trail seeing as it’s rated a double black but watching this it doesn’t seem as rough as some blues I’ve ridden. Not sure if I’m missing something.
worth watching this at night before i go sleep
So dope. The epitome of backcountry riding.
My kind of trail. Janky, natural, great scenery, and not crowded. Look forward to your vids every week.
Thanks for watching!
Looks like the gloves were workin' good on this ride, with all the weedwhackin' going down. Thanks for showing this great fun !
Good stuff, can't wait to be there next week
Have fun!

Awesome to hear that you are both getting back on the bike and starting a new journey. Enjoy the ride friend!
Beautiful. Thank you for taking us with you in your ride
My pleasure
Finally some quality programming. TGIF thanks Nate!

Glad you enjoyed it! Glad to rekindle some memories.
Epic coolness Nate Hills.
just got back into riding a couple weeks ago and your vids gas me up the same way they did before! Cheers bro!!
Cheers friend. keep the levels up!
The best kind of trail. Old school.
Did you retire drone shots?

We shot this a month ago, but you are correct, the dirt has been prime this year!
Love the skunk weeds that grow so tall you can barely see around them. Summer in Colorado.

Silverton definitely ticks those boxes.

Nate, check out "Salt Creek" trail off of the CT. Also we need more Janker. Sick vid as always.
Yup, on the list for sure. More Janker content coming soon.

That looked fantastic. I'm putting that towards the top of my list.
Hope you enjoy
@@natehills9388 Where do you start? You guys do an out and back or come up another trail?
Hard to ride trails that can't be found on the two major MTB apps.
Looks great.
This is on the navigation apps. Enjoy ✌🏽
@@natehills9388 I can't seem to find this on trailforks...most likely user error. Any chance someone can post a link?
Good stuff Nate!!
Nice Ride 💪😉
Amazing!!
SICK Riding Dude
Hey, thanks!
Epic trail, this one looks legit as hell.
Your home State does not suck!
This looks way more fun than Engineer DH. Being a Pisgah rider I prefer the chunk. Def gonna hit this loop next time I'm in DRO. Thanks for the vid! 🤙
Much better in my opinion.
Au top! Comme toujours! 💪💪💪
Should we start a drinking game? Every time there's a Yes! or Yeah! . . .drink!
I bet you wouldn’t make it through the video 😂
Alex representing with Az state flag socks!
I'm pretty sure the only way I would recognize Alex is if I were behind him on a trail. And that would only be as he blew past me.
Epic!
Curious, what’s the window for riding these high country trails?
Thanks for sharing.
@@jasbushey thanks!
Súper, eres muy bueno en esto , tienes todo para ir a la "Mega Avalanche "
That was gnarly!!
Bikes and Beers all day
BIKES and BEER CHEERS Freeridayyy

My camera and skilled friends never do justice to the technicality or exposure of these tracks.
Pretty skinny single track there!
Raw dog 😻
Sick video dude- love it.
Hey, why do you like a DHF instead of a DHR2 out back?
I’ve always been a DHF guy out back. Not sure why, just feels better. Perhaps it rolls a touch faster.
@@natehills9388 going to give it a shot!
