Was debating on which mixer grinder to buy because I am 70 plus and dislike holding onto the lid every time. Don't want to and CANNOT continue with my wet grinder either. So was looking for a one for all mixer grinder. Now so far I've had Sumeet 1975, Crompton Greaves, 1985, Kenstar Food Processor 2008 till date. Plus a table top wet grinder. Now I'm sure it's Preethi Zodiac I deserve. Thank you Venkatesh 😊

I will try my best. Thanks for your yummy recipes.

I always try your recipe without any alteration. I was succeeded all the time. No issue... I blindfold followed it and got good name. For some reason I tried Sabudana Dosa. It was big disaster. Not sure where it went wrong...
I am not able to flip dosa.. I added some Rice flour based on my MIL advice. Taste was really good... everybody liked it.. Not sure where I went wrong.
As per your advice... I Soaked the Sabudana for 3 hours and grinded into fine paste. Cooked two potatoes and smashed it and added to the batter. Add coriander leaves, jeera, pepper, one spoon sugar and green chilis
I headed the tava and added the batter not spread too much, closed the dosa and cooked in the medium flame for 3 min and then open it and cooked for a minute.. but it was too sticky and bubbles formed on the top..
Can you please let me know what was my mistake.. Kids also like the taste but want to try without any issue..

Hi sir! I think we should try with non stick tava. I tried with ordinary tava and it was super flop. The wet flour just stick to the tava like jelly gum and it was nightmarish to clean it later.
