Thanks sir. I also used to make like this but I slit ordinary gr. Chillies and add the bajji chilly too after putting mustard as my husband likes this way. Sometimes I mix in curd the besan. . I squeeze lemon before serving.

Sir, your recipes are awesome and its a treat to watch you cook. I have learnt the right combinations and tips through you. The Bombay chutney is called pitla in Marathi and it is served with bhakri made of any grain. Pitla-bhakri is simple and nutritious diet in Maharashtra.
To mix any flour with water to make a batter just take the required quantity of flour and pour sufficient quantity of water . Keep aside for few minutes. Now u mix with a spoon. U will get a lump less batter easily
