My mother in law used to dip vada in a liquid of half cup milk and half cup water for 15 minutes. She used to say that curd in the vada doesn't turn sour soon by doing this. Squeeze and drop in seasoned curd

Sir, when we prepare medhu vada at home we use very less quantity of urid dhal say for example 1 cup, in such case we can’t use grinder, pls let us know how to use mixie for grinding urid dhal to the right consistency…
Sir we grind coconut soaked cashews along with ginger green chillies little coriander and curry leaves .Then add to curd . This is how we do Will try you style also south style curd
