    Fantastic video wanted to note 3.20 to 3.40 where you clearly see the carp has the bait 3 times in its mouth for me either it has felt the hook or felt the weight but easily swims over to the other bait and take it first time .....

    This and other underwater videos I’ve seen have convinced me that short hooklengths are a disadvantage. I know most anglers advocate them but as shown in your video the fish definitely feel the resistance and reject the bait.

      I always use short hook lengths and I always get instant hook holds on my carp fishing, once the carp picks up the boilie the weight always helps hold and set the hook

    My one buddy used this kind of flour in his boilies and his method balls and caught some of the biggest carp in California.
