F2--Hard Drive Check--Quick Check--Back to Main Menu--Exit--Yes--Continue Boot

You may remove your hard drive first and then reboot and hold the power button more than 15 sec (release the static electric). It will be off. Next step, re-connect your hard disk and reboot it. Try the steps again. Good luck!
