I use all the solution and change my hdd but the problem is not solved please tell me what is the problem in my laptop my laptop modal is hp notebook 450 (notebook not ProBook)
Generally this problem happens if your device has got some problem with the boot loader(which is very rare and needs full BIOS UEFI repair ) most of the times it happens bcoz of faulty system settings or windows got corrupted by you or due to some file or virus on it and has no other option other than reinstalling a fresh version . This video only helps if suddenly this problem arises and even if it fails you need a reinstall for sure .

@@stickers_world ooh I see then the problem is of the hardware . Get your SATA cable fixed and it might resolve the issue and for better performance you can opt for a m.2 nvme ssd or a SATA ssd according to your motherboard which will increase your speed of laptop to 10X you just copy your OS on the ssd using tools like Clonziella or gparted(for linux)

How did you get to the last step, the BIOS page at the end. I don’t know how to get there
The key the enter bios may differ depending on your Pc manufacturer. If you are using a HP Laptop, press F10 enter bios

Do you have Solutions for Dell Inspiron 5567. I just cannot go past the Dell Logo after pressing F2 or F12. The logo appears, then the Laptop shuts down and opens again and it is repetitive until I intervene to stop n shut down the Laptop

After pressing F10 key it pops up requiring BIOS ADMINISTRATOR password.
How can I get the password
That means your Bios is password protected and for that you can't make any changes inside your bios until you input the correct password
