Anxiety from no control - I lost it.

After having a migraine aura this morning, the fear of not having control and the unknown really weighed on me. I feel deeply that this is God is testing me and I need someone to help comfort my fears. I wonder who else may feel this way.

Hey Mike, Stop being so hard on yourself. No one is a perfect Christian. No one! It’s about trying to be a little better everyday. I had the aura migraines for decades. They are scary but just like everything else in life. This to shall pass. I just had one two months ago after three years without one. I changed my diet got more sleep/ sunshine and tried to not get stressed over every little thing.
