that's mainly why realistic roleplay or whatever it's called was invented. Though- the Deinos do have to have a weakness and not being strong in shallow waters or on land is completely fair to me. Plus they can always eat fish if they're unable to find things in the water- so it's not like they're unable to escape death if somethings keeping them inside the river.

man... when you try drinking water is actually worse than many horror games out there.... it's freaking AWESOME!
The sad thing is that deinosuchus doesn't actually do that in the game but instead the herbivores hunt it due to poor balancing.

@@rexar3333 it isn’t poor balancing, the reason why stego deals more damage is so Deimos lunge ability actually has a purpose, let’s say that deino did more damage then stego, there would be little to no point in lunging if you can 2-3 shot them. The isle is a realistic game, but In The end balancing is more needed then actual realism.

I can’t stop rewatching this, this is amazing and stunning. It has that eerie feel but also beautiful feel. It’s like a Jurassic park/world feel, nice at first then scary. And is that a utah in the bushes at 1:25 that ptera is in danger lol-

I learned that there is still very cruel by how a praying mantis kills... It doesn't, ever. It always eats its prey alive, one small bite at a time... Atleast the dinos killed quickly.

@some random anime bunny The update was very fun and I thought it was good which I said the opposite in my original comment. The problem I have with the isle though is that this update has been in production for two years and this is where we are. The reason why this is the worst update I've ever seen is because it should have came so much earlier. The stress test servers that wouldn't let you in also made me a little salty of this update. It made no sense because the stress test servers were just locking away content in a beta. Why would you make a beta in a beta lmao.

@@blobbertmcblob4888 Also, to counter your case, it makes perfect sense as to why the deino could grab that tenonto. Either the water was shallow enough for the deino to lunge or the underwater speed boost was used which automatically lunges at your prey item. This is a cinematic but if it was actual gameplay that would be how it would go down.

One of the best trailers i've seen. I'm glad that the update is out, with all the new mechanics so the team can work on update 4, so we get new content and the devs get faster, I'm hyped for the next 1-2 Years!

I feel the excitement flowing through me for the next updates and I haven't felt so much anticipation in a game in a very long time to see what's coming next. It's a good feeling. Great fun game that can you put you through a ringer of emotions trying to survive and hats off to the entire team for all their hard work to create this beauty!

Tenonto hard to play because so many carnivore pack and rarely any herbivore, also most stegos aggresive to other herbivores.
Weird because I see them all the time. Heck, used to roll with 10+ of them.

@@randomname5646 I don't get your point? Killing something does not make x thing bad. You can kill a teno with a carno, but you can also kill a carno with a teno. It is a prey species, but it is not helpless. It has more attacks (4) than any other creature in the game currently. I'm sure if it wasn't 'easy' for you to kill a teno with your carno you would be crying and screaming teno needs a nerf. Your argument makes no sense. Not to mention teno is pretty easy to grow, so anyone who complains it is difficult isn't playing it right.

It is impossible for a dev team of 16 people (only 3 of which being programmers) to make a completely polished and finished game equal to the Hope trailer in terms of content in the mere 2 years of development EVRIMA got before its initial release.
This beta went very well. The team handled bugs and such with ease and both creatures and mechanics are awsome! Great job isle team and you go Dondi! :)

So having played the stress test for the last like two weeks, I've never felt so hype over an update I've been playing already.
This game has become so amazing! The grouping system forces a sort of realism on the game that it never had before. The fact that the flying, swimming, and walking dinos all have interaction. That you can see them all around you as you migrate... I'm so happy The Isle didn't get abandoned but instead upgraded into this so well. Thanks, devs!

This trailer was edited really well and gave an incredibly immersive experience.
Honestly Evrima has so much potential in terms of gameplay. It could be so much fun if it weren't so laggy. Once the creators address the lag issues, I can see a huge influx of new players coming into the game. I know that a lot of people avoid it because you spend more time bungeeing and teleporting as opposed to playing.
