I love how the gally just absolutely destroyed that hypsilophodon without a second thought.
That's just Galli players in a nutshell. They are so bored, the just run around to kill freshly spawned players to get their ego boosted.

@@Vick-07 Evrima has official servers with rules. I'm not saying that you wont get ganked in The Isle. I'm saying that its rampant in PoT and even encouraged. Why would I go to a private server in PoT when the server itself will be slow and laggy? I've played both so lets not pretend like the Isle is the same. PoT is literally a dino battle game. Not a survival sim.

@@Robert53area I think it just isn't your type of game, don't say it's trash just because you don't like it don't, that potentially would push people away from it. And regardless, nobody needs your input and as long as they don't play for over two hours, they can refund the game if they don't like it. It is steam after all.

@@panzer2543you entirely don’t understand the point. This is an extremely niche genre of game. Nearly Nobody is going to buy a dinosaur survival game if it “isn’t their type of game”. Secondly, it is by no meaning a “you issue” if their PC cannot handle it. The Isles performance has always been notoriously horrid. That’s on the devs, not us. In retrospect, I could run Elden Ring at ~70FPS but in TI getting 30 is a blessing from the gods.
For people that don't know chuffing around a body decreases the damage taken

this trailer is particularly well made, all the update trailers are great but this one just stands out so much, the choreography, pacing and the way it's shot is so cinematic it's amazing
only thing that stands out to me is the horrible deino running animation

HOLY! These update videos always look so realistic! The best shot was definitely either the carno in the dark getting attacked by the troodons or the cera intro shot. Beyond beautiful! Also the galli kick to the hypsi was 100% personal lol 🧡
same I really liked the carno part where it introduced the venom illusion turning purple, looked like some in-game cutscene and REALLY well done lol I love the immersion and horror aspect you get from this game, by far the best update lol

The is by far the most awesome way to intoduce a patch and new features. This feels like watching a dinosaur documentary. It's fun even when you are not playing the game. I can't wait to play. The new features look great. Awesome job!
I'm a realism type person and this cinematic absolutely made me want to play even more. Way to enhance each creatures' behaviors with the animations in this trailer. Very excited to play more today.

2:19 I can't praise the subtleties of the chuffing animation enough. I know it's a small detail, but it's incredible how realistic the movement is. You can see the anchor for it's head on the back of it and leading to its neck. The way the rest of its head and jaw shakes shows how loosely the rest of it moved to almost wind up the chuff. It seems small, but as someone who has never 3D animated, I can't imagine how much attention to detail and work went into making the muscles move so authentically. It would have been so easy to mess that up and it have a robotic or stiff motion
Love the audio in this game. Hearing the Carnotaurus roar and echo across the map. As well as the dinosaur sounding alive! Also Carnotaurus sounds like Mongolian throat singing.

this is a great update. finally going to play a new carnovore. but probably going to have the most fun with the Beipi and the Galli. Love it how you guys gave them their own truly unique feature. Love it! Keep it coming guys!

When I saw the notification I felt this sudden pain in my heart as if a needle was stuck through it and couldn't properly breath until the video started playing.

it's been more than three years and it's still the same bugs, invisible food that gets stuck in the mouth, flying fish, sudden fps loss... I wonder if the huge list of bug fixes is just a way to fool the folks... what a disappointment.

The most inaccurate part of this was a ceratosaurus going into the water to chase the Dieno, lol. Most of the servers I've been in where there's one Deino there's usually another, even bigger one waiting very close by. I've seen a few cocky Cerat's get absolutley ragdolled by Deinos.

Whoever made this trailer deserves a raise. I havent been this excited for The Isle in years. This update, and the new map update, is going to revive the game and make it a fun experience again.
The Isle's (evrima) combat system is so addictive and immersive. It's what keeps me coming back to the game. Legacy, BOB and POT's combat is silly and goofy in comparison. Keep it up isle team! (And... Please no more 2 year waits for new playables lol)
Good news only 3 mechanics left with only 2 being major, meaning they are shifting towards the creatures now.

Wow. These game mechanics are extremely deep and immersive. Absolutely stunning modeling and animation. Great sound design and graphics. Technically and gameplay wise this is an other level. Awesome job!

I'm so excited for the Beipi! Is the duckweed in the swamp going to be grazable for them? Cuz that seems like a really cool area to hang out.
At least I assume that's duckweed. And it would make sense for the duckuin to be able to munch on it.
Yeah so unfortunately there is no edible water foliage just yet but the rivers and swamps are said to have a revamp in the near future with different aquatic plants and graphical changes.

I’m not sure how to feel about this on one hand my boy Ceratosaurus is back and with a buff, but on the other hand the raptor player base just got more aggravating with a venomous Troodon if the Utahraptor weren’t annoying enough

The ecosystem of The Isle EVRIMA is slowly but surely coming back together. It’s still has a lot of work to be done, but this update will help.
We will finally get a second creature other than Deinosuchus that inhabits the waterways.
The land-based predators won’t be all speed-based now. Ceratosaurus can’t outspeed the other carnivores, but it doesn’t need to. It can take care of itself quite well.
We have a good speedy herbivore now. Dryosaurus just wasn’t cutting it because it desperately needs its burrowing mechanic. Gallimimus is built for speed. Glad to finally see this flighty dinosaur back.
It’s nowhere near perfect, but it’s getting better.

I really really really hope the cannibals are gonna be playable... it looks so badass why wouldn't it be. The rest of the stuff they gave us is absolutely breathtaking though, very great time spent and work done on these models and animations. No bugs whatsoever except some visual ones. I congratulate you Isle devs.
