On top of that when u get to play the graphics are still bad ( Bad programmed) Only way to run this smooth ( Smouth means with 60 fps on lowest settings) is with a 2080 ti lmao. This is the truth and don’t take it too serious it’s pretty early we all know.
In the past I played in low at 60 fps but now I'm forced to play in high otherwise the game is night mode an the most fps I got were 20 so... I can't play anymore.
The Isle is a distaster. It had such a big pottentail, but devs ruined it. Uninstalled The Isle and going to buy Path of Titans wich is already more advanced then The Isle after like 4 years......

I was really excited for this recode. I've been an Isle enthusiast since the time it came out more or less. But the updates take too long to be playable. Almost 3 years have passed since this video got released, I was still in high school, now I'm in University, have far less time to play games and in a few years I'll start working. As of now the game is too boring, too few dinos to play with, the map looks the same in every area (opposed to PoT for ex.), and when every new mechanic gets implemented it changes the gameplay completely. I sometimes hop on legacy to have some fun, but as I said I have too little time to play. It's a shame, I really liked this game.
man dont loose it there is a lot of problems with this game but as the community we got to work together to apply enough pressure that the developers make changes and fix their game and their plan dont loose hope keep an eye on the goal and watch the game dont let your opinions be strayed by people

Im not a fan personally, I think I'd actually prefer the one we have now. It's not a terrible design in itself, I was just expecting something more in line with PoT's Spinosaurus.
@death victim The old/current Spino was more or less Spinosaurus as we knew it before the 2014 study. This new one is just some awesomebro version of the old Spino. Spinosaurus that we know of did not walk on all fours, but it was short limbed. This is consensus atm, and I think the Path of Titans team did a great job replicating it's design. The Isle devs pretty much just said fuck it and made a Jurassic The Hunted Spino with less spikes.

Skins, seamless growth, breeding, new models/ mechanics for every playable, fishing, unreal engine 5, they actually have most of what’s in the trailer. The only things they are missing the Rex, trike, Barry, and spino, and the Rex and trike are almost complete. The is actually moving along pretty well

Bloo Animations At 1:15 - 1:19 you can see what looks like a sucho or some sort of carnivore sitting in the tall grass at the lower left corner of the screen. At 1:53 you can see a Brachiosaurus in the background leading up to the suchomimus fishing from the river At 2:55 you can see that the female parasaurolophus has a different, shorter curved horn than the male and body size is also different. At 3:02 you can see a baby male parasaurolophus sitting down with its head resting on the nest. The babies are also interacting with the nest instead of sitting inside it. You won’t be able to hide yo’ kids no more. At 3:06 you can see a triceratops skull from the carcass the compsognathus were eating. You will most likely be able to tell what you have killed now and how big it was. There was also what looked like meat piles so I can infer that the two compies on the left side of the screen have dragged meat away from the others for themselves. They also act as ‘natural cleanup crews’ so maybe they can eat even if they are full on food, though I imagine they only eat a tiny amount. At 3:26 you see the spinosaurus (male) and two brachiosaurus in the background. One seems smaller than the other one. Either sexual dimorphism or an age difference. There are also pteranodon flying in the sky.

Lol, I remember 2014 when the game was just the austro, Gallo, tsl Rex, and puerta, with a very small area. It looked like it had no promise but, in 2016 I saw a random video and it finally looked like a legit game, and now we're here, the looks like a AAA game now

Because EVRIMA is not completed. It is an early beta. They rebuilt all the code from scratch. It will take time. In another year, the game will probably be far more worth what we currently have in legacy, and if you find a good server with good ping, it's already more satisfying to play.
I still remember the hype when this was posted and all of us thought that once evrima is released we will have all this and then we got nothing😅 more than two years have passed and maybe 10-20% is in the game, not to mention that they’re releasing dinos that were not in this and we have no sight of dinos that are featuring this video. They’re a complete mess and should be ashamed of themselves for ever releasing this promo and selling false expectations.

I love that the spinosaurus is a blend between the terrestrial form we associate with jurassic park and the semi aquatic one that is now, and I also enjoy the crocodilian scale plating that covers it

Not really. This "Trailer" is just sparkle. They sit on it for years now and besides that they nerfed lots of dinos, mostly herbis (!Am play with Utah!), they create tons of !ONLY DEVS! dinos instead of make updated what matters to even mention. No one should complain about the fact that its taking long. Game development should take long. It's great because in the past 10 or so years every single game company rushes their games just so they can put them out earlier and patch the holes up later ending up either bad or with less players. And sure this isn't a new game but from what the developers say its basically completely different except the core aspects. Take your time guys looks great.

They're premade assets, even the palm-trees. I like how it looks, but when you take in consideration that this trailer is artificially enhanced to look more beautiful, and that they lied when saying "all this is custom-made asset", and it starts to look more and more like "Day of Dragon" to me, and I don't even take in consideration the fact they fed up promises in the wind for the past 2 years while doing pretty much nothing appart from their fucking "Hypo-Strains". Theory: At 3:03 you can see the female baby para is sitting and the male baby para is lying down so maybe we will have to sleep sometimes or else we will get to slow at running around.
Actually yes a lot of it is just getting last minute fine tuning. They said already they'd be releasing it in small bits at a time as to not overload the game with more bugs. This is just the first step to evrima. The video shows a summary of what's been worked on overall, and some big changes to be expecting.

Look don’t get me wrong. The systems they put in place open the game to a lot of possibilities in the future. That being said. I believe nothing they say anymore. Dondi’s history as a developer is making a map, realizing he broke it beyond fixing and making a new one. That happened here and the island we got is dog shit. They hyped up trike, para, spino, Rex, Deino, compy, stego, and brachi. We got two Dino’s that weren’t in the trailer. And as much as they say more is coming soon, they said this update would take 3 months. It took 15 months. I don’t believe them.

But if he does what he said about making it AI handled, it'll be disapointing. But Dondi being a pathological megalomaniac, he might also decide to keep such big and powerful animal for admin use only (like the Hypo dinos he's making), and it'll be terrible. He could also decide to fuck the deino's stats to make sure he's never a threat to his cute favorite rex, like he did with the entire roster of the game, but this part is just theorical ^^

Hypos are admin use cause they aren’t completed, it’s something they don’t want to give to the player base knowing it needs work. But I see your point :)

I LOVE the jungle environment of this map. To be honest, I've always preferred that sort of backdrop for dinosaurs than the more temperate-looking one of most Isle maps. Glad to see a more tropical map being added to the game for once.
another thing I'm glad to see is all of the biomes fit together on the Island and don't look out of place with one another like how Ark Survival Evolved has its Islands with a jungle on one end of the island and a snowy wonderland on the other with a desert next to it.
I understand mechanics will be implemented in later but just the visuals are a severe downgrade. I have the highest settings for evrima and it looks nothing like the wonderful lighting, shadows, and textures of this trailer. I really hope they can improve it

Nobody can Play it smooth on lowest Settings Even me with a stupid 2060 Rtx can’t run this on 60 lowest settings.
On top of that when u get to play the graphics are still bad ( Bad programmed)
Only way to run this smooth ( Smouth means with 60 fps on lowest settings) is with a 2080 ti lmao.

I was really excited for this recode. I've been an Isle enthusiast since the time it came out more or less. But the updates take too long to be playable. Almost 3 years have passed since this video got released, I was still in high school, now I'm in University, have far less time to play games and in a few years I'll start working. As of now the game is too boring, too few dinos to play with, the map looks the same in every area (opposed to PoT for ex.), and when every new mechanic gets implemented it changes the gameplay completely. I sometimes hop on legacy to have some fun, but as I said I have too little time to play. It's a shame, I really liked this game.

Im not a fan personally, I think I'd actually prefer the one we have now. It's not a terrible design in itself, I was just expecting something more in line with PoT's Spinosaurus.

@death victim The old/current Spino was more or less Spinosaurus as we knew it before the 2014 study. This new one is just some awesomebro version of the old Spino. Spinosaurus that we know of did not walk on all fours, but it was short limbed. This is consensus atm, and I think the Path of Titans team did a great job replicating it's design. The Isle devs pretty much just said fuck it and made a Jurassic The Hunted Spino with less spikes.

Skins, seamless growth, breeding, new models/ mechanics for every playable, fishing, unreal engine 5, they actually have most of what’s in the trailer. The only things they are missing the Rex, trike, Barry, and spino, and the Rex and trike are almost complete. The is actually moving along pretty well

Bloo Animations At 1:15 - 1:19 you can see what looks like a sucho or some sort of carnivore sitting in the tall grass at the lower left corner of the screen.
At 1:53 you can see a Brachiosaurus in the background leading up to the suchomimus fishing from the river
At 2:55 you can see that the female parasaurolophus has a different, shorter curved horn than the male and body size is also different.
At 3:02 you can see a baby male parasaurolophus sitting down with its head resting on the nest. The babies are also interacting with the nest instead of sitting inside it. You won’t be able to hide yo’ kids no more.
At 3:06 you can see a triceratops skull from the carcass the compsognathus were eating. You will most likely be able to tell what you have killed now and how big it was. There was also what looked like meat piles so I can infer that the two compies on the left side of the screen have dragged meat away from the others for themselves. They also act as ‘natural cleanup crews’ so maybe they can eat even if they are full on food, though I imagine they only eat a tiny amount.
At 3:26 you see the spinosaurus (male) and two brachiosaurus in the background. One seems smaller than the other one. Either sexual dimorphism or an age difference. There are also pteranodon flying in the sky.

Because EVRIMA is not completed. It is an early beta. They rebuilt all the code from scratch. It will take time. In another year, the game will probably be far more worth what we currently have in legacy, and if you find a good server with good ping, it's already more satisfying to play.

They’re a complete mess and should be ashamed of themselves for ever releasing this promo and selling false expectations.

No one should complain about the fact that its taking long. Game development should take long. It's great because in the past 10 or so years every single game company rushes their games just so they can put them out earlier and patch the holes up later ending up either bad or with less players. And sure this isn't a new game but from what the developers say its basically completely different except the core aspects. Take your time guys looks great.

It's so good to know that developers didn't stop working on the game. This looks absolutely amazing, can't wait to play it!
I waited 2 years for the developpers to show me that they hadn't been doodling in the background...And even knowing most this new map is a premade from the UE shop, It still looks pretty good, especially the new stego. But I'll remain critical, and wait for this MAJ to be released, Dondi's been messing with our nerves for far too long so I don't want to get on the hype train that easily

I have a friend making maps on the Unreal Engine as a hobby, and ALL the tropical trees Dondi showed in his streams AND in this trailer belong to one purchasable pack on the UE shop, my friend showed it to me a while ago when he wanted to share his hobby with me. They're premade assets, even the palm-trees.
I like how it looks, but when you take in consideration that this trailer is artificially enhanced to look more beautiful, and that they lied when saying "all this is custom-made asset", and it starts to look more and more like "Day of Dragon" to me, and I don't even take in consideration the fact they fed up promises in the wind for the past 2 years while doing pretty much nothing appart from their fucking "Hypo-Strains". And I don't like that feeling, I don't like it at all

6 months later, the realization that 90% of what is in this trailer isn't even close to ready.
Actually yes a lot of it is just getting last minute fine tuning. They said already they'd be releasing it in small bits at a time as to not overload the game with more bugs. This is just the first step to evrima. The video shows a summary of what's been worked on overall, and some big changes to be expecting.
But the water in evirma does not like in the trailer at all and there is no sexual dimorphism do you think they will change the water and add some stuff?
Look don’t get me wrong. The systems they put in place open the game to a lot of possibilities in the future. That being said. I believe nothing they say anymore. Dondi’s history as a developer is making a map, realizing he broke it beyond fixing and making a new one. That happened here and the island we got is dog shit. They hyped up trike, para, spino, Rex, Deino, compy, stego, and brachi. We got two Dino’s that weren’t in the trailer. And as much as they say more is coming soon, they said this update would take 3 months. It took 15 months. I don’t believe them.

@@iiironicsii1439 Just exposing the conditions for a NICE addition of the deinosucchus. If we can play it, it'd be enjoyable (like this was originally planned). But if he does what he said about making it AI handled, it'll be disapointing.
But Dondi being a pathological megalomaniac, he might also decide to keep such big and powerful animal for admin use only (like the Hypo dinos he's making), and it'll be terrible.
He could also decide to fuck the deino's stats to make sure he's never a threat to his cute favorite rex, like he did with the entire roster of the game, but this part is just theorical ^^
Erectar Denara Extremely extremely unlikely it’s gonna be specifically for admin use, there wouldn’t be so much hype if that was even considered to be theoretical. Hypos are admin use cause they aren’t completed, it’s something they don’t want to give to the player base knowing it needs work. But I see your point :)

I LOVE the jungle environment of this map. To be honest, I've always preferred that sort of backdrop for dinosaurs than the more temperate-looking one of most Isle maps. Glad to see a more tropical map being added to the game for once.
another thing I'm glad to see is all of the biomes fit together on the Island and don't look out of place with one another like how Ark Survival Evolved has its Islands with a jungle on one end of the island and a snowy wonderland on the other with a desert next to it.

I understand mechanics will be implemented in later but just the visuals are a severe downgrade. I have the highest settings for evrima and it looks nothing like the wonderful lighting, shadows, and textures of this trailer. I really hope they can improve it
Delete your immature comment please, truesky (the main cause for the graphical downgrade) was removed for performance issues and is getting replaced by a better shader. You’ll get what you want and better so please stop complaining over a stupid video game.

I'm not really complaining, just saying how I hope for the visuals to reach what they look like in this trailer. Which I expect they will.
