I saw that Alomoves dropped a bunch of new classes, and so i tried THISONE just because the luck of the draw. And it clearly was a serendipity. Leigh, your flow is amazingly effortless. It's not easy. It's smooth, though. You are so incredibly relaxed even when poses are challenging and you its like your breath is workingfor you. As opposed to working for the breath. Its what i noticed most when i did the flow. I worked, hard, and i clued into your breath rhythms. I have asthma and
