Manish, could you please share info on the presence of office spaces/masterplan plots near the Terra location?
You mentioned TechZone 1, could not find it on map.
Since there are no hospitals, market and schools I dont think it will be a good residential option because there is no project (not even started) for school or hospital.
This property is on the land of greenbay which has been taken by ACE but in front of this land there are two cremation grounds and because of that as per market talks the greenbay has failed.
Now at the same location ACE is coming.. so what’s next?

The project discussed in our video is Ace Terra, located at TS02, while the one you mentioned, Ace YXP, is situated at TS04. Regarding the cremation grounds, it's worth noting that there are plans to relocate them in the near future due to requests from local families, and the authorities are already working on this matter. So, rest assured, there shouldn't be any issues with the project's location.
