In Saya gold Avenue, people were drinking sewage water from last 10 days and they got to know about this when multiple people got sick. Now there is war on water 💦 has been started bw residents and builder. People buy a home from their hard earned money in good society and afterwards they just become cheated by builder. This is destiny for service class😢 whether they buy something at 3 cr or 5 cr. After sometime people got to know the reality
Exactly what's happening all around.. maximum service class people are fooled because they don't have awareness or don't know much about detailing work which is done in the background. Also 80% of their time goes in office work and rest with family so they don't even have time to even understand the back details. They are only presented with high level info which is also very sugar coated. Till the time they get to know the actual reality then it's already too late to take any action on it and banane wala already nikal chuka hota hai banakar.
This is complete failure of govt...how can few people(builder) befool 1650 highly literate , sophisticated residents ..they impress people by building meaningless height buildings with a swimming pool and a gym with park and a club (all are very very insignificant in daily life)....they trap people by impressive newspaper ads and the reality is that the gold project gives golden water to residents who pay emi of 2-3 lacs per month and cause them to vommit in addition of sufferings from home loan trap.....better is to go to Village and live under a temporary house with lots of trees surroundin......all peoe who are investing crores of rupees in flats will be sufferers like Chinese and japanes have already suffered/suffering
