Sir there is new Deen dayal project coming in Sonipat just opposite parker lily society and it's a 3 side corner society project in 16 acres and there is no flyover in front and and 1 km before pp city sec 83 . Same project is 16 acres and on main entrance of sec 81 Sonipat, exit cut is right in front of Gt road and side road is 24 meter. Within a month project will get license and work will start ... one of the best location of Sonipat for highway project

दुनिया मे जब सारी ज़मीं खत्म हो जाए तब भी यहाँ मत लेना।।। ये जगह डीलर द्वारा जो जयदातार नॉर्थ दिल्ली मे रहते है द्वारा overrated करी हुई है।। Below are the drawbacks.। 1) Poor very very poor Transportation.।। आप independent नहीं रह सकते यहाँ आपको किसी ना किसी चीज के लिए depend होना पड़ेगा। 2) No good hospital, बात बात पे दिल्ली भागो। 3) Electricity एक dum बकवास,,, मतलब ज़रा सी बारिश, या आँधी चली light गायब,, कट from powerhouse end. 4) Law n ऑर्डर यँहा जूते की नौक पे।। चोरी, स्नैचिंग, gun culture, peak पे है. 5) सारी MSME compnies हैं यँहा rent भी उतना नहीं milega as compare to other NCR area. 6) यँहा के लोग इसको NCR मानते हैं और कई जगहों पर प्रोमोशन के नाम पे लिख देते है कुंडली सोनीपत दिल्ली NCR जिसका कोई लॉजिक नहीं है govt इसको NCR सिर्फ pollution restriction के liye मानती है बस। 7) बात बात पे धरने लगते है जिसके कारण एकमात्र जो काँनेक्विटी है रोड NH44 ब्लॉक फिर घूमते रहो बॉर्डर close. सिंघु बॉर्डर धरना बॉर्डर है यँहा के लोग ऐसे ही रहना पसंद करते हैं।। 8) No STP, No proper sewage channel,. 9) यँहा पर ज्यादा तर प्लॉट, फ्लैट खाली हैं, गाय, भैंस चरती रहती है उसमे।। और लोग लोटा ले के हगते हैं वहाँ।।। अंत मे अपना पैसा और समय बर्बाद ना करें मैं all ready कर चुका हुँ😂 This area is most ignored and out of area of interest from govt list. Govt focus only Panchkula, Gurugram, Faridabaad.

You are right..but sonioat has more advantage also , out of all the ncr cities, sonioat has best connectivity than ggn or noida. Sonipat geography is green,clean and most imp it has water which delhi,ggn and nooda doesnt have. Sonipat is gateway of north india, e.g delhi amritsar,delhi katra, highways passes through it. All north indians engineers has to pass through sonipat to reach ggn,nooda for their jobs, one day time will come they will start living here due to less prices and water,however ggn is just a concrete jungle no trees,no waters.
