Don't agree with some points in the video. 1. 2019 airport news was not the reason behind property demand rise. After covid lockdown, all big cities in India have seen surge. Nothing special about Noida 2. Noida airport is 60-70 kms away from main city. Gurgaon airport is much nearer. Don't just think in terms of time taken but also the cost of commuting. There is no special advantage to noida. 3. Only manufacturing companies are planned for job creation. Gurgaon is superior becuase it has high paying fortune 500 corporate MNCs which Noida will stil lag All these airport related developments speculations have already inflated price in yamuna expressway which is not real value

I visited Golf country some days before.. but there is no land property with registry.
