Pro-Line makes some great products ..all my rigs run Pro-Line tires.. don't get me wrong I do have Pitbull tires and OEM stuff i am very parsical to Pro-Line stuff...
What were the aluminum parts from. If i may ask.i couldn't hear that, even after rewatching. I to got hit right there on my first run. I opened up on it right in front of me opps. Thanks . By the way i found the other video. Thanks
SlipperyBiscuit 16 the Prolines have a different bead design and won’t work with them. Major bummer. I have sand paddles on the Vitavon wheels and hope to get that recorded today for a Monday video.
I’d like to see if they hold up on some Rocky terrain with bead locks , I’ve had sidewall tearing issues with both predator and g8 compounds of this tire , amazing grip though , just a pity they don’t make them with a thicker side wall !🤙🏻
My rear end seems slightly locked. Its not stock motor pulled that apart its moving free. When l put it all together it tightens up a hair. You can push it but it's snug. I ordered rear ring gear from vititvon the gear mesh was wrong 1 /2 tooth. Put a new $4 Traxxas one on perfect ha. Rear end fresh rebuild. Heavy duty front drive shaft. Won't free up. Any suggestions would be appreciated big time down for month and a half
RcBullShit acetone in a Tupperware bowl. Suspend the tire out of the fluid and seal it up. Burp it from time to time and have patience. It takes a long time, took almost 3 days for these.
Well they look good and appear to grip as good if not better, but they looked a couple of mm smaller at least, would you suggest a different gear ratio I am still running the stock ratio and tyres just the Vitavon alloy wheel's
Nick Ing dazed & confused when I stand them up side by side they are the same 5.4”. I’d run the stock gear. I ran the 34t to get the motor away from the driveshaft, the driveshaft can hit the longer motor.
Nice video bro....im loving my UDR....just curious....how much was invested in the added parts you installed after purchase....? It looks like it runs great....way better than stock...👍👍👍😁✌
RC Maxx Bash check the rear left tire, spin the rear opposite direction. If they turn opposite then you have spun an axle pin in the hex. If so it’s a MAJOR PITA to get that apart.
how much harder is the compound compared to crawler hyraxes. ive been thinking of making a rock bouncer / trail rig based on an 8th scale buggy and its the only tires that seem to fit for what im doing
Wow impressive! Major major upgrades done to your UDR.. awesome.
Netcruzer RC TECH CARS yeah and I’m still not quite done but getting close.
Your amazing man! KEEP IT UP! Love your vids, some of the best tips/tricks/solutions to the world of RC. Thank you for your tremendous contribution.
RevoRC thank you so much for the kind words.
I have those tires on my crawler. They are awesome tires for sure.
mje19D these will end up on a crawler of sorts soon. But the compound is a lot harder than the crawler tires.
Making me wanna grab one of these and put the crawler away for a day🤣
Nice man, seems like a great tires. Great video. 😸
All that shiny you see as it rolls
cmcclellan80 * LoL
Can you put those tires on the Vitvon beadlock wheels?
NEVER mind. I see on another video you have them on them. LOL :)

That thing sounds mean brother!!💪💪. I have had nothing but trouble with udr since the d as y l got it.
Mine has been pretty good. It was also the store demo model.
Man I've gotta get my hands on a udr!

Patrick Goetzke vitavon
Why didn't you put them on your Vitavon wheels?
SlipperyBiscuit 16 the Prolines have a different bead design and won’t work with them. Major bummer. I have sand paddles on the Vitavon wheels and hope to get that recorded today for a Monday video.
@@ExocagedRC oh ok. Yeah that's a major let down.
I’d like to see if they hold up on some Rocky terrain with bead locks , I’ve had sidewall tearing issues with both predator and g8 compounds of this tire , amazing grip though , just a pity they don’t make them with a thicker side wall !🤙🏻
g9000 these aren’t like the crawler tires. The beads are different from crawler tires and the compound is quite a bit stiffer than the crawler tires.
Thank you for the info , I thought they were crawler specific 🤦🏻♂️👍🏻 look forward to the next video 😃

With the shaft off the rear end does it spin free? Is the front spinning free? Sounds like somewhere there is binding going on.
You should get the proline ford f100 body for it and review it
Hope you can try that on speed run. Will see if the speed increase
Jeph RC the speed increase would come from the faster gearing. Otherwise speeds should be stock.
Do you think these are worth it? I don't like gluing tires, and I'm not buying expensive beadlocks. I will glue them if they are worth it.
nice tires. lol with the ,thank god, small rock.
thufir hawat 😂 I felt it for a while. You can see the rock in the video and the last slomo part. LoL.
Need info to your stock pile of vitavon please
am very curious how they do on wet grass
they spin easily but still hook up a bit better than the stock tires
@@ExocagedRC thank you for the quick answer.
Was you driving with the gyro? You was keeping it pretty straight didn’t know it was the tires or the gyro
Zack Holbrook it has a Flysky GT5 radio in it and the gyro is turned down but still on a little bit.
Ok thanks. They seem to be a lot better than the stock. But I do love how easy it is to slide on the stock tires lol
Zack Holbrook yeah man I was trying to get the back end to break loose and spin around on grass but it wasn’t going to do that.
How do you get your glued tires off of the rims?
RcBullShit acetone in a Tupperware bowl. Suspend the tire out of the fluid and seal it up. Burp it from time to time and have patience. It takes a long time, took almost 3 days for these.
Damn these tires are so much agressiv !!!
RC PATAPOUF yeah but they aren’t as aggressive as the sand tires are so hopefully the driveshaft will last a bit longer.
Are these better in grass or better grip
Are there belted tires for a URD
Nope, they aren’t belted
@@ExocagedRC Thank you brother for quick reply. Do you know of a belted tire for the UDR on the market?
Why dont u have the skid plate on? Its there for a reason
I replaced the stock one as it got messed up and the new one doesn't fit right for some reason
All those upgrades, do you still call it a traxxas????lol! 👍👍😎👽 awesome video!
Randy Seaver LoL yep. Sorta
Well they look good and appear to grip as good if not better, but they looked a couple of mm smaller at least, would you suggest a different gear ratio I am still running the stock ratio and tyres just the Vitavon alloy wheel's

@@ExocagedRC Great just put my order in for six but could only find them in Z4 compound hopefully there may be some different compounds.
Nice video bro....im loving my UDR....just curious....how much was invested in the added parts you installed after purchase....? It looks like it runs great....way better than stock...👍👍👍😁✌
Oh man I have no idea but the purchase price may have been the cheap part.
@@ExocagedRC bruh. holy shit LOL
You built a beast man, very nice. My udr is pulling hard left, it’s driving me nuts, can’t figure out why.
RC Maxx Bash check the rear left tire, spin the rear opposite direction. If they turn opposite then you have spun an axle pin in the hex. If so it’s a MAJOR PITA to get that apart.
Why does it always sound like mice on a mouse wheel?
ROCKETRY XZACH because of the planetary gears. The driveshaft is spinning extremely fast.
how much harder is the compound compared to crawler hyraxes. ive been thinking of making a rock bouncer / trail rig based on an 8th scale buggy and its the only tires that seem to fit for what im doing
Quite a bit. I’ve used these on a Tekno SCT I converted to a bouncer type thing and they are too hard for it.
@@ExocagedRC aw. well thanks. ill keep searching for crawler wheels with 17mm hexes...
I thought they would turn into pizzas saucers.
That thing is begging to hit a race track..
skirmich one day it will
Anyone else keep waiting for an RC cop car to show up during the donuts?
Mike J LoL that would be awesome
watching this, after your Mojave video.. #arrmastrong
No I need some for my UDR 😂
Diesel_4 life LoL well you know the drill....links in description....😂 I try my best to make it easy for you guys to spend money.
Exocaged RC haha 😂 thanks man👍
Way too much aluminum
Ha got hit with a stone in your stones
Christopher Montgomery 😂
