This video is mind-boggling. I'm a polyglot and I'm particularly interested in learning methods. What I expected from this video was typical advice often given my teachers. But actually your tips are a belter. I can assure you that all these five tips are exactly what you should do in order to improve your pronunciation and accent. Where did you get these tips from, Tom?

I like English which is spoken by native speakers who don't use a tongue in the form of a shovel. I can't do it that way. it reminds me of a dog languishing in the heat. Obviously, American English is preferable for me. But I like Tom ))

For me my American English is fine. It is the things British that I need work on.
I suppose 100 spoken words wouldn't be enough for cockney.. 😅
