5 tbsp white sugar
50 g raisins
Apple pie dough recipe (crust)
350 all purpose flour
150 g caster sugar
80 g almond powder
200 g cold butter
2 eggs
2 g salt
almond fargipane recipe (cream)
100 g butter room temperature
50 g almond powder
50 g icing sugar
100 g almond paste
2 eggs
20 g all purpose flour
