Love riding in NYC. In Sept did Erie canal and empire state trail finishing up in Manhattan. Riding over Broadway Bridge from Bronx to Inwood is always an experience. Overall cycling infrastructure in NYC is quite good although there is a ton of construction going on with the bikepath over along East River. It's a bit of a mess.
Great video, thanks! Neat to see NYC again. It's wilder than the wild west along the Great Divide in Montana. The question, would you rather cross paths with a grizzly near Elkford, BC, or a pissed off driver in NYC? ☮
Awesome. Thanks for sharing. I'd love to cycle NYC someday. I love urban riding. I thought that there were more designated bike shoulders in NYC. I guess what I was seeing was the Empire State Trail bike lanes. Where exactly does that trail system end in the city?
I'd rather bike through peanut butter mud than bike through Times Square. Even walking through there is a pain in the ass. You also quickly realized that the Avenues are not too hard to navigate. It's the Streets that can be a pain. Things can get claustrophobic really fast, especially when there's construction or garbage trucks are collecting. Good times. ❤😂
Tunes are A+ in this one. Riding and such was nice too.
Glad you like them!
Have to say you get around traffic as if you were a NYC bike messenger ha, ha. Thanks for the look, be well.
It’s all about just diving in, thanks for watching.
Love that you change it up. A man of the mountain trails mixing it up on the mean streets.
Haha, the old switcharoo. I’m a traveler, I love the big cities, small towns, and desolate wilderness. I find beauty in it all. Thanks for watching.
Got my respect, walked through it a few times that was enough!
Heck of a great place to be. Thanks for watching.
Cool ride remember a bike race in Harlem back in the 70’s.
I bet that was interesting.
Love riding inNYC
There’s nothing quite like it.
Looks hectic, but fun.
Great time.
Just awesome
Glad you enjoyed the video, thanks for watching.
Wow. Brave man! Take care
Thanks, you too!
Thanks, you too!

I checked into the broadway bridge, maybe I’ll included it in my next video. Thanks for the tip.

I think I would rather deal with an nyc taxi cab driver over a grizzly, both unpredictable but I think I’d be better matched against a human. Haha
I can’t wait to see what kind of coffee you got
Yep, the good stuff.
Sweet ride. Nice!
Sure is!
I could never bring myself to visit that city just tooooooooo many people. I don't do well in large towns at all. Best of travels buddy.
NYC might not be for everybody, but it’s always a great ride. Thanks for watching.
Great video! Looks a bit strssful riding in Manhatten!

The Empire State trail ends in lower Manhattan, nyc is very bike friendly.
@TravelingThru222 Thanks for the feedback. It's definitely on my list to do someday.
I’d love to ride through NYC! I don’t think I have the sack for it but might have to try it anyway.
You should do it, it’s not that hard. Let’s meet up and ride it together.
@TravelingThru222 that would be awesome! If I'm ever up that way with my bike, I plan to be in 2025, I'll certainly reach out.
Hey, that’s not a squirrel!
Cool! Whered ya park in Jersey?
Fort Lee Historic park, metered parking. Opens at 5:00 am.

The chaos is a bit organized somehow.

Did you hold a camera the whole time!😮
Yeah, pretty much.
Oh heck no but if it was my only choice. Lol. Definitely less boring compared to my biking 😅
Fair enough!

It's not a safe place to ride 😮
@@yanlap2183 sure it is. Bike lanes everywhere
Yeah, but just one hell of a great ride. Risk and reward.
