I'm a new subscriber and really enjoyed this. I love playing with old DSLR's and would love to see how much more you can get out of a raw file compared to a JPEG on the 20D. Contemplating getting a Lightroom subscription and want to see if it's worth while given the kind of gear I like to shoot with. Keep up the great work 👍

I've recently started shooting in both RAW and JPG, and the vast majority of my pictures are from the JPG. If I want to do something that the JPG can't handle (highlight recovery, object removal, HDR, etc) I use the RAW file. I'm using a Canon R6 and a Fujifilm X100S, and this process works well with both.

Hi Paul... I brought greetings to you from Turkey.
I have a question. You said you're currently using a Tamron 24-70 G2 with an R6 M2. How does Lens and Sensor anti-vibration work in this combination? How does the Auto Focus system work? Are you satisfied? Did you have any trouble with this? Thanks....

Thanks! The sensor and lens stabilization is absolutely magical with this combination, and works really well! The autofocus is accurate and fast too! It’s a great body + lens combo!
I just recently switched to using the Canon EF 24-70 f/2.8 L II, because it’s much lighter weight and MUCH sharper… but it’s considerably more expensive. If you’re on a budget, the Tamron works great for the price, and is a lovely lens. But if money is not a concern, and you favor lighter weight and image sharpness & quality over extra stabilization… the Canon lens is where it’s at.
Hope this is helpful for you!
