If you research all the normal types of coasters in the USA it realy makes Australia look like we're 30 years behind ..but this will change in future so don't worry.
Technically, there can’t be a speed hill after the launch because the highest point of the track needs to be directly after the launch (so the train is prevented from getting stuck: if it does the highest point, it will be able to pass the whole track. If not, the train will just roll back on the launch track)
I refer you to a few coasters. Max force, copperhead strike just to name two coaster that I know of that has a small airtime hill before straight after the launch.
Mack Rides knows that they have a weak launch and they worked on it. The backwards launch on star trek has really good punch and bring this up to a blue fire clone looks awesome!
This looks absolutely amazing! Dreamworld, you have just won !!! You can almost compare it to DC Rivals, but with the triple launch system, this ride is probably going to be the best coaster on the Gold Coast.

As a south east Queenslander it’s been pretty chill as of late, no community outbreaks recently. Actually went to dreamworld today For an excursion and saw the taipan in construction, can’t wait to try it out after completion

So I went to dreamworld two days ago and don’t bother wasting your money. Lucky my ticket gave me entry into whitewater world because dreamworlds rides have gone down hill. Hardly anything was open , abc land for the kids was all shut, Madagascar and shriek parts all shut. Only thing on was giant drop, pandemonium, buzzsaw, gold coaster and claw. Absolute rubbish day.
I'm surprised you bothered going at all. I can't bring myself to go there knowing the parks negligence lead to the deaths of four people. My brother was also injured on the Log Ride when we were kids, lost his upper front teeth and his bottom teeth bit through his bottom lip when his jaw smashed into the front of the boat after the drop. No belts or harnesses in those days for flume rides. The park has a history of dangerous operating and poor maintenance, I don't know if I'd trust the rides even if they were opened.

I kept thinking of those poor four people, I even tried looking around the front of dreamworld to see if they had a plaque or remembrance or anything for them- nothing. I won’t be going back.. we went to Movie world and SeaWorld too. If anything (even though the rides get maintenanced) I think all rides are a bit bodgy. I remember a carny dude operating a ride (the octopus) at a little festival in Wollongong once told me that he would never go to the big theme parks as their rides get maintained once a year while his rides get checked over every time he sets them up.
@@mikkayo You're much safer at a permanent amusement park than a small travelling carnival. Permanent rides get thoroughly checked daily, and sometimes even hourly. It's why only about four people die on amusement rides worldwide each year. You're more likely to die driving to the park than on the rides.
@@yyosh4762 they get annual maintenance- I’m talking a thorough check over with people who know what they’re doing, not 17 year olds doing a once over. All the ride operators at movie world must’ve been 18-early 20’s. You can’t tell me that they have mechanical engineered minds that can spot something wrong without a computer telling them. Carnival ride operators may have a reputation but I can guarantee they have a lot more to lose if someone hurts themselves.
Gold Rush would have been appropriate and have an actual themed area. But no. We can’t have nice things in Australia. And always end up with pool fences and corrugated tin fences surrounded the rides.

Yes it is designed and made by the same company. They've changed the launch to a triple launch though, as the original Blue Fire got a lot of criticism for having a weenie launch
