I wanted to thank you for posting the pictures of your house and landscaping. I think your house is perfect and the landscaping really enhances it. And what a wonderful accommodation for your family! I cannot think of anything better.
This is a beautiful, warm, loving story. I am so sorry for the loss of your husband. How lovely the daughter and grand babies will be close by grandma. I’m just full of tears, of sadness but hope and love for Mrs. Thomas, oddly that’s my name too and I used to live in Tennessee. To the guys for Seeds of Change, beautiful work. Beautiful concept in your company. Went to the website. Extremely saddened only in Tennessee. I’m nearby, but not enough that I could hire you guys. Inherited my parents house, the landscaping is a mess and I’ve been unsuccessful in finding any one to help me. I don’t understand why either. I have 3 acres but what needs help is not a large section. Oh well. One day before I pass I hope..!

Awesome house! We need more of these types of homes - smaller, lots of amenities (decks, landscaping, etc.) but this can't be done in the market unless you put up a bunch of money and don't carry about resale. The whole market is driven from $$ per square foot - unfortunately. A house like this will be high price per ft because the living space is small and the finishes are nice.
I sure wish I knew where this was built . We are looking to have one built but the builders or general location (like country or state ) are mysteriously left out. Hmm 🤨
The video about the interior mentions that her kitchen countertops were crafted locally in Maryville, however there are about 7 states have a Maryville. Given her southern accent, I would guess its Maryville Tennessee, but I could be completely wrong.
