Yeah that one had a big effect on me. I felt like all my assumptions, sensations, ideas in my bodily self are just some self-built silliness amidst the always free, always calm awareness, with which we can get in touch whenever we meditate.

So that helps as ive always had trouble swallowing pill due to me checking on a candy when I was a kid. Now whenever I have to take it be in the morning or night I get general anxiety an hour or so before time and when I take it even though i crush it with my teeth and swallow with juice or water i still get a mini attack my heart pounds fast for like 5 to 10 minutes then calms down once my mind is like 'ahh ok you got it down i don't have to worry or give you anxiety for another 12 hours" With exercise,Now even though Whenever I exercise to do something that's going to make my heart beat fast it will not slow down and cause a panic attack or anxiety attack. Since March this year and 2020, just keeps getting worse it seems....i just try my hardest to remind myself i won't die, its unpleasant and saying stuff like "i have the power, think positive thoughts" but its so hard. Been recently trying to do meditation since I've lose sleep alot and that makes it wayyy worse other day I got 1 hour of sleep, I felt like crap heart beating faster than normal whenever I moved it would go even faster but thankfully the second half of the day was a little better as my vest bud came over for a little bit we all hung out in the back. He's always telling me its in my mindx not real and I'm stronger thanI I think I am. Got 8 hours sleep last night feel 100x better, heart not racing each time i move inonly got mini anxiety attacks whenever I took or getting close to taking my pill...its like the anticipation of it makes me anxious 😟 feels hopeless ive had some good weeks in between March and now but also lots of bad ones torturing me...

If not, please know that I suffered from anxiety and with meditation and better understanding of my mind I started getting out of it and now I am feeling so much better. @@pradeepnair162 Hi there, it's a little better now I have issues sleeping not til 5 or 6am like now actually but I also have a cold so that's keeping me up, but sometimes when I can't fall asleep at a decent time I get anxiety the next day or it's amplified. I just try to avoid things that trigger if as best as possible.
Just being aware of myself, not having to do anything, not having to control anything, just allowing myself to be, not imitating just relaxing accepting who I truly am as is love it💕💞And I love how I felt being aware of my own self. I didn't realize the loving energies that flows through me. Thank you very much I learned a lot in a very simple way.

Thank you so very much, Rinpoche. I was struggling with anxiety because I don't have news about my father's condition. He is hospitalized on another state and I cannot go there due to covid-19. But I can bear this sensation knowing that there is nothing I can do right now besides wait.
