despite what other comments, this is premium HDB offering, the bedroom windows have another bottom row there allowing more lights, the flooring also much nicer, toilets are bigger as well for handicap, so make sure you keep the ramp there. also, you half lucky that your service yard only have 2 sets of piping, mine has 4 inside eating up into the space. half lucky because the side with the pipes is the side for washing machine, so if you do those waste money cabinet build up to cover the area, you will eat up a lot of space
