Fun fact I just learned: If you battle Joker in Heartless, the music is Take Over, otherwise Last Surprise.

Info on this fight was pretty scarce for as long as I was working on it, so I'm gonna compile everything I know about it here in case someone wants a rough guide. Thanks to the people who corrected me on some things. If you notice anything incorrect in the guide please let me know.
Joker on Heartless is a FAR different fight to the other difficulties. Make sure you haven't been following a normal/hard guide because it won't be of any use to you. Here are the rules to my knowledge:
-Aigis cannot null, drain or repel any damage, and party members cannot use equipment that blocks their weaknesses.
-You cannot use equipment that grants auto-charge/concentrate. On other difficulties, you're not allowed use those skills at all on the first turn, but since Joker gets the first turn on Heartless, that doesn't apply here and you don't have to worry about it.
-You can only use Armageddon to finish Joker off. I've seen some people say that doing too much damage to Joker in general counts as a rule break but this is not true.
-You cannot debuff all three of Joker's stats at once. Buffs are completely fine however.
-On turns 6 and 15 in which he uses ailments, you need to keep at least one party member suffering from that ailment by his next turn.
    Here's his turn order:
    1: Dekaja + Heat Riser
    2: Concentrate + Megidolaon
3: Wild Thunder + Ice Age
4: Vacuum Wave + Blazing Hell
5: Heavy multi target bless/curse attacks + bless/curse insta kill
6: Stagnant air + Poison mist
7: At least one party member needs to retain the poison ailment from the last turn, or else he'll use Sinful Shell.
If done right, Sexy Dance + Megidolaon
    8: Revolution + Vorpal Blade
9: Heat Riser + Akasha Arts
    10: Charge + Vorpal Blade
11: Will of Rebellion + Dekaja + Heat Riser
    12: Heat Riser + Concentrate + Megidolaon
13: Elec break + Wild Thunder + Vorpal blade
    14: Tetrakarn + Blazing Hell + Makougaon
15: Stagnant Air + Tentarafoo + Poison mist
16: Chances are you won't meet the 3 ailment requirement to progress the fight this turn, so going for Armageddon is probably your best bet.
Here is the best advice I can give you on beating this fight:
-Don't bother grinding for 999HP on every party member because it's not necessary at all and a huge waste of time. You should get your HP up a good amount especially if you're using someone like Yukari who has low base health, but don't go all the way.
-Max out endurance and magic/strength on everyone. Agility is pretty useless in this fight from what I can tell.
-Magic is going to be your primary damage dealer as Joker is immune to crit.
-Using a dark build on Aigis seems to be the most efficient strat. If you don't want to sell your soul to atlus for DLC personas like I did, you might want to try fusing for Magic Mastery for your build. If you want to do this, be aware that you need the skill to mutate onto whatever persona you're using for the fight as it cannot be inherited. It will also take you ages unless you're lucky.
-I've seen most people use Mitsuru and Akihiko for this fight instead of Yukari and Metis, which is probably more efficient. I'd imagine the fight is possible with any combination of party members, but I highly reccomend you use Junpei with fire boost/amp equipment because his second Theurgy is the best for damage dealing by far.
-You absolutely have to begin the fight with some kind of auto-buff skill (auto-mataru for example), or else Joker will skip dekaja and use heat riser concentrate on his first turn, followed by two megidolaons on his second which is less than convenient.
-Make sure Joker's attack and defence is debuffed going into the second phase where he'll start using heat riser a lot more frequently. You want to make it so that debilitate will bring those stats back down without debuffing his agility also and breaking the rules.
-Firm stance will make it so you pretty much never have to worry about Aigis' health. I used the divine pillar, but there's equipment you can get from monad doors that have it (legs of heresy, I think. You can also find an axe of eminance that has it for Metis, which I used).
-Analyse Joker every turn you can with Fuuka to build her Theurgy faster.
-Use the temperence card from shuffle time to make Theurgy build faster.
You can get pretty consistent with this fight once you get these things down. It took me 20 hours and is the hardest thing I've ever done in a video game but it's surprisingly doable.

You can use equipemt to nullify weakness just you cant block two of the attacks for example i have my mitsuru have the equiment to block fire and it didnt block his rule with your teamates you can block only one attack and the other with sexy dance you need at least on party member with the aliment for example he uses poison mist at least one party member need to be affected with the poison a the end of your turn after the aliments he will use revolution and start using phisical attacks xd and after that he will use will of rebellion xd

@@luisfergomez2705 thanks for the correction, I kept getting hit with sinful shell after sexy dance in my attempts and had no idea what the issue was but that makes a lot of sense.

About his 7th turn, You need to have members of your party still suffering from the status effects he used on the previous turn. Meaning you can't heal the poison off of at least one party member. So if you have at least one party member with poison while he hits the rest with Sexy Dance, then he'll use Revolution and start his physical phase. But if you did enough damage he skips this phase and goes straight for his third phase which is will of rebellion
This applies for this second status effect turn too, which is pretty much impossible. Your party needs to all have 3 different status effects or else he'll sinful shell.

Props for not going with the quick kill and actually experiencing the boss.

Cool fight. I noticed another thing, if during the first phase you take off enough health (there should be slightly less than half of the entire health bar left) - Joker will start using Diarahan.
