By far my favorite splash screen for that reason alone. Especially with the text right under it saying “Mass Destruction”, with a smiling dog sitting next to it.
The new outfits are overall just better. Especially Mitsuru's. She got the same elegance but it almost feels it has a bit of superheroine influence in her new attire. You can clearly notice the devs put more work into her attire compared to the others. Yukari and Fuuka also look really nice. Aigis I barely noticed a difference.
The new operation outfits are just pure drip. On theory it's simple, it's just their classic school uniforms with a tactical piece over it, but in practice it helps newcomers to memorize each character since they have different outfits. Atlus probably took that idea from Persona 5, and i hope they do something similar in case a Persona 4 Remake gets done
It's the classic super sentai design, each character is supposed to be highlighted by a iconic color, but Atlus actually don't take full advantage. All the characters have the same "blackish" color scheme (the tactical attire) and the blue background. If you look at the PC mods, the colored UI mods are usually the most popular for all Persona games. For P3R in particular, the cut-ins, character portraits and e-mails should all be colored accordingly out of the box imo, not dependable of mods

This is a nitpick, but it was a mistake for them to place Yukari and Mitsuru on the left side of the screen for their close-up after performing an all-out-attack. The reason is that the results screen will cover their faces unlike the rest of the characters when it comes up.

English voice acting is usually godawful. The japanese actors are all the same, some of them clearly improved with time (like Aigis' voice actress, she is also working in the recent FF7 sequels as Aerith). It's bizarre how Fuuka sounds like a vulnerable teenager, but she is voiced by a 40 years old japanese woman lol these people have so much range
if they mod into Genshin or Star Rail Characyer - Akihiko turned into Cyno or Jing Yuan because same eng Va 😅 - Mitsuru turned into Himeko or Lisa - Door Kun being Ayato , Otto , Luocha
