    I love your site, just one little issue I had with this tutorial. As I was squeezing the head to distribute the glue the part split. I could have cried. I might omit that from the video.

    What would you suggest if you have too much hair inside the head before you glue? Cutting some out? Using heat to push it down?

    😭😭😭 just finished my first rerouting. Hair looks great but as I was doing this I must have accidentally applied too much glue and it's coming out the holes all over anyway to fix this or is it too late?

    Diana, I love the Doll Planet store they have such amazing different color hair that u can choose and hair rooting kit to boot. I got a question, for the coffee straw does it matter what size/brand u use for this process?

    • @DollPlanetHair
      @DollPlanetHair  5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thank you! ❤ We work really hard to make our store customer friendly. The brand shouldn't matter, I use the coffee straws because of the size. You want to be able to move it around in the head.

    I'm wondering how you prevent having hair come out of the head when you're using your straw and your q-tip. I've had hair come out when I've tried that.

    • @SETHGAZ
      @SETHGAZ 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Excellent question! I've never experienced this myself, but I think the issue might be caused by 1 or 2 things. When you move the glue around do so in side motions. Don't just push straight in; this might be why the plugs are just pushing right out. I'm thinking a 2nd reason could be your plugs themselves. Make sure not to just push a loop in, but instead make an X on the finger with the way the hair circles around your finger. Then scoop your plug up with your needle, then pull the loop that is created until it makes a nice tight little knot This method creates a tiny little knot that will help the plug stay in place.

      @DollPlanetHair  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I still deal with hair trying to come out with the q-tip as well. It doesnt seem to stick to the straw as much so I lean towards using it more. Pushing the hair inwards before putting in glue seems to help also. :)

    Hi, you said that glue is water based. So could I use Elmer's school glue in place of the Galaxy glue? Thx!

    • @DollPlanetHair
      @DollPlanetHair  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Elmer's glue isnt strong enough, many of our customers have tried it and it doesnt work/ doesn't dry.

    • @littlebottleofink
      @littlebottleofink 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Fabri-Tac is good too - you can get it at Walmart. I haven't used their Galaxy glue yet, but I do want to try it and see what the difference is. I'll probably end up liking it better like I have all their products.

    Would I be able to boil wash the hair after using this glue or would using heated tools be a better idea?
