What kind of hair is that. I want to do a Tutti and I tried hair from a Halloween wig, but I could not make it lay down. Thanks

Try boiling it with a rubber band around the head holding the hair flat. Test a small pieces of hair first in the boiling water to make sure it wont frizz. Ive used childrens play hair headbands for doll hair and it turned out great without issue.

Also after the hot water put it in the freezer with the bands on her head for a few hours and then take it out and let her dry completely and it will stay down.
