This is my very first day, and I'm such a beginner, for I've never tried meditating before. I'm very motivated to do this and I believe it's going to change my life. Who's starting today too?
Goal for this 30 day meditation challenge: Being comfortable with who I am and comfortable in my own skin - no matter where I am or who I am with. Having healthy and positive engagements and interactions during the day, without distractions from a monkey mind or anxious thoughts. I will stop being so hard on myself.
My g o am is to stop dwelling on the whys and the what could have been and to stop being so hard on myself and the ones I love and to start living again REALLY LIVING !!!
Really, I’m sad to hear you are alone a lot. Please, I suggest connect with others; librarians are good place to start ! Sounds funny, however, it’s true!
Let go of those thoughts, being alone is one of the first steps to being one with your higher self, think of being alone as I good thing, rather than dreading it, but it’s always good not to be alone, but as you go through these days of meditation, you will feel as if being alone is the best thing in the world, let go of those thoughts and you won’t be alone anymore, as you will be with your higher self.
I'm on the verge of a nervous breakdown.... just going through normal college stuff. Debt, grades, isolation being so far away from my family. I'm new to this & definitely needed this.

Hi, I'm a lucid dreamer. I found out by mistake years ago. Long story cut short, you need a trigger, and it needs to happen whilst in REM. Basically my understanding of this all came from my younger years. As I slept I would rember hearing a sound very early in the morning, it wouldn't wake me and it always came very early. At the time I didn't realise it was just the milk man in his eltric cart. Every time I heard the noise it would send me into a nightmare. This happens every night for months, until one night I hear the noise and I panic as I know I can't do anything but let myself go into a nightmare, I'm fighting the urge of being thrown into the dream and a stop it. Wake up in my bed wide awake. This happens often I could finally control my night mares. One night I'm going into the nightmare I'm pulling myself away and I'm about 2 wake up but I force myself 2 sleep, I enter a very strange sleep mode. This became the norm I can easily drift into this mode. Finally I could control my own dreams and more importantly when I dreamed and how I dreamet. If you want 2 luiddream it needs 2 happen early in your life you need it 2 be confusing and learn how 2 control it from there. It's basically a power that's givin 2 you, you can't just wake up one day and expect it 2 work. I fear you're chasing something you can't catch. Good luck.

I'm no expert but I have been told that means we usually have vey bad posture and you should begin to practice good posture because you will have even worse back problems in the future
I tried meditating for the first time and something crazy happened I just listened and did what the video said and that's when I happened... I felt my self becoming big... my mind felt like I was experiencing a high... I felt grounded
I always believed the power of negative and POSITIVE energy. I am a 30 years old man and I never had the pleasure of meditating before. This was my first. I will try to do it everyday. Hopefully goods things will com out of it :)

Ive been taking prescriptions to balance my serotonin and dopamine levels ive been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, i used to listen to jbittersweet as a kid now im 21 justtried the 30 day meditation just 5 minutes of breathing calmed me down so much more than the pill are even capable of stay tuned for updates 🥺💜

I realize when you are a beginner in things like this your ego wants to do everything possible to make sure your are not on point...I started feeling like my stomach was aching. My head began to itch, then my nose and other parts that I had no desire to scratch prior to. But I kept at it and before I know it 5 minutes was up
Lol the your same experience just happened to me...my whole body out of no where felt itchy. So I acknowledged the feeling and was able to finish my mediation. It's like your mind doesn't know what to do when their are thoughts are running through it...
That means u hav done it perfectly fine, bcoz as d universal energy starts flowing in, it cures all d illness in ur body. it's prfctly 5n nd b glad abt it.
This is so cool to me. When I opened my eyes I felt as if I was just waking up from a nap.. but I was awake the whole meditation and just relaxing.. I’m excited to get to the parts of meditation where you deal with your higher self. I know that comes with time. But meditations has become so relaxing to me.
pandabear 1776 maybe you don't have to really be alone but block them out like you're supposed to block your thoughts... idk if you can do so. But try. You'll find a way. Shoot, hide in the closet if you need too.
Cuz there's not really any progress Diaries here I'm gonna keep one for y'all (btw I'm gonna meditate in the evenings). I'll keep you updated everyday! *Day One*: I felt a bit more calm than I did before the exercise and I put a few pillows behind my back so that my mind wouldn't drift to the pain. Keeping my back straight without a pillow is difficult seeing as I have such bad posture aha. Anyways after that I feel ready to go to sleep. G'night ❤ *Day Two*: Today when I went to school, I didn't really see a difference in my behaviour, but I found that concentrating on my school work and getting up in the morning was a whole lot easier! Gonna do my meditation for day two in a few minutes, I'll check back then! Just finished day two! Have to say thought, it is a lot more difficult than day one. Anyways,I felt a lot more at ease now and I'm ready to go to sleep! G'night! ❤ *Day Three*: And lot of drama happened at school today and the third exercise really helped! I was so tense before but not I'm ready to go to sleep. G'night! ❤ *Day Four*: Yesterday I said there was drama and I've been pulled out of school because of it. I did my meditation last night and updated the diary the next day cuz I was so tired but it relieved a bit of stress and I found it easier to drift off to sleep. G'night! Or G'morning! 😂❤
While concentrating on my breathing couldn't shake the thoughts of if I was breathing correctly or sitting in a good way but can appreciate how the first day was about trying to clear your mind and only focus your breathing and how it feels as it enters and exits your body.

Honestly I did for five minutes and it relaxed me so much man thanks I kept going for another ten minutes literally got me sleepy and I don't get sleepy so easily I think I'm gonna sleep like a baby if I keep this up lol

I started doing this and after 10inhales/exhales, She said:' slowly open your eyes". We're now 30 min later and I'm still wondering if this is a mindscam, or did those 5minutes just literally just flew away.... 5 minutes never flew this quickly like it did with this vid
I started this challenge 5 years ago and somewhere somehow I gave up on it. I think I went up to day 14. But believe me, it always stayed on my mind. No offense but if you or just a beginner I don't advice meditating at 3am meditation isn't just a relaxing ritual 3am being the devil's hour I wouldn't advice it unless your used to meditatating

Same here. I felt an overwhelming feeling of emotion, and cried. It was a good cry though. Just relief. I never shut my brain down completely before and didn’t even know I had the power to do so and until I started meditating for the first time and that brought tears.
Yes your body is just letting go. Every one has a different experience and your subconscious mind is letting something go maybe something that has been hurting you & you may not be aware of. Also it can be a way of your body appreciating what you just gave it, some time. Our body literally reacts like someone else would
Really enjoyed this. I have PTSD and Bipolar Disorder, Both of which amplify my anxiety, insomnia, & difficulty to concentrate. This girl has a very soft, soothing voice. Which makes a big difference and it made the meditation easier to do.
This video is amazing! I thought I wasnt able to meditate at all cause of my ADD, I can't concentrate and just relax. But, this video, fully relaxed me. Loved it and can't wait for the next day

Meditation is how I'm mastering my add not letting it control me it worked when I was younger I gotta get back into it it helps my add and anxiety issues
I suffer with social Anxiety and it has got in my way in life so now I am trying to tackle it in all types of ways and meditation is one of them. Didn't go amazing at first as i felt like i was spinning in the room but I'm got ng to keep practicing. Thanks again amazing video. You have a like and a sub :-)
Hi Bradley! i am sorry to hear about your social anxiety! Meditation should be able to reduce your symptoms, as many people suffering from anxiety have experienced great improvements from daily meditation. Daily meditation will over time give you a feeling of inner peace and being centered and in control... the opposite of how you feel when suffering from anxiety. Besides that, there are many great breathing exercises that can be used in-the-moment, whenever you feel anxious or have a panic attack, to help get you back down and regain control. So I can definitely recommend meditation as an alternative technique. Cognitive behavioral therapy is also wonderful for anxiety, as it gives you some great tools to work with to shift your thoughts. When I finished the practice I felt like I was in another world. So relaxing.

I realize when you are a beginner in things like this your ego wants to do everything possible to make sure your are not on point...I started feeling like my stomach was aching. My head began to itch, then my nose and other parts that I had no desire to scratch prior to. But I kept at it and before I know it 5 minutes was up
Lol the your same experience just happened to me...my whole body out of no where felt itchy. So I acknowledged the feeling and was able to finish my mediation. It's like your mind doesn't know what to do when their are thoughts are running through it...
That means u hav done it perfectly fine, bcoz as d universal energy starts flowing in, it cures all d illness in ur body. it's prfctly 5n nd b glad abt it.
This is so cool to me. When I opened my eyes I felt as if I was just waking up from a nap.. but I was awake the whole meditation and just relaxing.. I’m excited to get to the parts of meditation where you deal with your higher self. I know that comes with time. But meditations has become so relaxing to me.
I feel so relaxed already. So determined to finish this challenge and make meditation a natural part of my life

*Day One*: I felt a bit more calm than I did before the exercise and I put a few pillows behind my back so that my mind wouldn't drift to the pain. Keeping my back straight without a pillow is difficult seeing as I have such bad posture aha. Anyways after that I feel ready to go to sleep. G'night ❤
*Day Two*: Today when I went to school, I didn't really see a difference in my behaviour, but I found that concentrating on my school work and getting up in the morning was a whole lot easier! Gonna do my meditation for day two in a few minutes, I'll check back then!
Just finished day two! Have to say thought, it is a lot more difficult than day one. Anyways,I felt a lot more at ease now and I'm ready to go to sleep! G'night! ❤
*Day Three*: And lot of drama happened at school today and the third exercise really helped! I was so tense before but not I'm ready to go to sleep. G'night! ❤
*Day Four*: Yesterday I said there was drama and I've been pulled out of school because of it. I did my meditation last night and updated the diary the next day cuz I was so tired but it relieved a bit of stress and I found it easier to drift off to sleep. G'night! Or G'morning! 😂❤

OH MY GOD. This was my first time meditating and I loved it! I feel so relaxed!
While concentrating on my breathing couldn't shake the thoughts of if I was breathing correctly or sitting in a good way but can appreciate how the first day was about trying to clear your mind and only focus your breathing and how it feels as it enters and exits your body.
Your voice is mesmerizing 😍 I can feel the calmness nd peace in listening it while doing meditation.. this video is very helpful mam.. thank you so much🤗

Honestly I did for five minutes and it relaxed me so much man thanks I kept going for another ten minutes literally got me sleepy and I don't get sleepy so easily I think I'm gonna sleep like a baby if I keep this up lol

This is fun.....initially I started thinking of all the things I did today, then I went back to my breathing and on and on then it just happened, just found myself in a new world. This is amazing
I started doing this and after 10inhales/exhales, She said:' slowly open your eyes". We're now 30 min later and I'm still wondering if this is a mindscam, or did those 5minutes just literally just flew away.... 5 minutes never flew this quickly like it did with this vid

I started this challenge 5 years ago and somewhere somehow I gave up on it. I think I went up to day 14. But believe me, it always stayed on my mind.
So here we are 5 years later, ready to commit and finish this challenge.

Same here. I felt an overwhelming feeling of emotion, and cried. It was a good cry though. Just relief. I never shut my brain down completely before and didn’t even know I had the power to do so and until I started meditating for the first time and that brought tears.
Yes your body is just letting go. Every one has a different experience and your subconscious mind is letting something go maybe something that has been hurting you & you may not be aware of. Also it can be a way of your body appreciating what you just gave it, some time. Our body literally reacts like someone else would

I have PTSD and Bipolar Disorder, Both of which amplify my anxiety, insomnia, & difficulty to concentrate. This girl has a very soft, soothing voice. Which makes a big difference and it made the meditation easier to do.

Meditation is how I'm mastering my add not letting it control me it worked when I was younger I gotta get back into it it helps my add and anxiety issues

I suffer with social Anxiety and it has got in my way in life so now I am trying to tackle it in all types of ways and meditation is one of them. Didn't go amazing at first as i felt like i was spinning in the room but I'm got ng to keep practicing. Thanks again amazing video. You have a like and a sub :-)
Hi Bradley! i am sorry to hear about your social anxiety! Meditation should be able to reduce your symptoms, as many people suffering from anxiety have experienced great improvements from daily meditation. Daily meditation will over time give you a feeling of inner peace and being centered and in control... the opposite of how you feel when suffering from anxiety. Besides that, there are many great breathing exercises that can be used in-the-moment, whenever you feel anxious or have a panic attack, to help get you back down and regain control. So I can definitely recommend meditation as an alternative technique. Cognitive behavioral therapy is also wonderful for anxiety, as it gives you some great tools to work with to shift your thoughts.
